I always want to love this place like several years ago. Last few visits, the food was just OK and cold.

My Vice was good place for a traditional hearty breakfast. We really liked what we were able to order, but their menu was limited because of some kitchen issues they were having. We will go in again to try out some other items. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable.

A small, neighborhood restaurant with an absolutely delicious breakfast service. We got a Moroccan coffee, a coco moon, a smothered burrito with short rib, and the Louisiana hash. Everything was lovely, excellent flavors, and a relaxed, family friendly environment. Highly recommend.

Not a brunch person but whenever I’m in the mood this is the only spot I’ll go too. I love their breakfast burrito so it’s the only thing I’ll typically get. My partner is more adventurous and whenever I try what she gets it’s always great. Kind service every time. Can’t recommend enough.

So good!! I was expecting just a slightly fancy eggs benedict but they brought out a plate of art!! So good, I would bring out of town friends here to wow them 😊

Great lil brunch spot with outdoor seating. Come for the shrimp and grits, stay for the smoked trout toast and cold brew

The food here is so delicious-nice hearty bowls of deliciousness. The cocktails are fresh, flavorful and strong. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and diligent. There’s a small free parking lot next to the establishment. Indoor, bar, and patio seating is available. It can get quite packed and loud at peak breakfast/brunch hours.

I had a bad experience here. They claim to be dog friendly, but I was made to feel uncomfortable and shamed after ordering food to share with my dog. I can't imagine a situation where management should intervene in a person's order, but it definitely isn't when rewarding a companion after a long, hard swim and hike. Maybe the waitstaff is projecting their own struggles. I don't know. When I asked managment if this practice was common, they couldn't say for sure. which I find odd. The food was decent and varied, waiting was excessive. The table we were seated at was clear for a solid ten minutes before we were seated at it. All in all, a very unpleasant meal.

As a former chef/restaurant owner… I absolutely recommend My Vice to anyone we know. This place is genuinely fantastic. The food is truly superior. A real gem in Portland.
