The guacamole here is amazing, the best in Portland! Friendly staff too.

My kids say this is the best burrito in Portland (well, technically they said “best burrito in America.”) I only had a bite, but I agree, it was super delicious.

I am addicted to the steak fajita burrito here. The tortillas are great and you get a lot of filling; great value. They know their stuff and I will definitely be coming back regularly.

Good taste, but when I order a shrimp taco or shrimp burrito I expect there to be a GOOD amount of shrimp, and not three tiny shrimp per taco or only a couple more in my burrito, especially at $5 a taco!! And… I found a piece of shrimp shell in my meal. Come on, Nacho!

I ordered the vegetarian breakfast burrito which on the menu states mushrooms & spinach plus the other basics. I get back to work to discover it had neither. I called them and he explained that the onions & jalapeños were the veggies which is odd. I'm not a fan of a lot of onions either. I'm not sure how ordering off the menu went askew.
I've been coming here since they opened almost 4 years ago. I'm here nearly every day and I've only had an issue with my food once from the 100+ times I've been here. The food has gone up in price quite a bit recently but its still well worth it. Easily my favorite Mexican spot in town.
Love the handmade tortillas here!! The salsa is actually spicy. All around great spot. It’s inside level beer which doesn’t have my fav environment. There are lots of kids and stuff which isn’t my vibe but the food truck is great! Highly recommend. I hear the nacho burrito is good as well!
Burrito was mostly rice
This place has made me two fabulous meals - some great beef taquitos, and giant veggie breakfast burrito. Both items just had something extra delicious about it. Definitely going back soon. Plus he made me a breakfast burrito at like 7 PM.

DELICIOUS food. Well made and tasty; lots of options. We had chicken tacos, the house veggies tacos, and tacos al pastor. I really loved the flavor.
T
he truck is kind of hidden! Park on the street or at VooDoo, and walk into the gated area. It's right next to the burger truck.
Mom and I came here after a Holiday Craft Market at the Oregon Convention Center!
Vegetarian options: Not many strictly vegetarian options, but you can just ask for no meat on most of the dishes!
Parking: There is street parking, but not much, and I can imagine it's hard to find on busy days.

Nacho average nachos ! Super flavorful and generous portions. The people running the cart are also really cool and know that they make great food so I love the confidence. It's accidentally conveniently right near voodoo donuts too ....

Love this place! Reminds me of the restaurants I grew up with in California. It’s so nice having a go-to burrito spot when you need something quick, delicious, filling, and reasonably priced.
