I have celiac disease and was excited to try the gf miso ramen which I called and confirmed it was gluten free. The ramen itself was really good but I did get sick after :(

We sat outside in the shade and had lunch. The ramen was delicious and I love how the tofu was flavored. The noodles were great and so were all the other ingredients. The cold drink was perfect too. They brought a dog bowl with fresh water for my dog and were very sweet. I’d love to back any time.

We've lived in Sellwood for 4 years and hadn't stopped in because we thought they only had ramen and my wife is gluten intolerant. Then one day we noticed they had Poke bowls and were excited to go back and try it. We went yesterday and we will be back again soon. She got a salmon bowl and I got a tuna one and they were both so fresh and yummy. There's an option for veggies or rice or a mix, we got the mix and it was such a great mix of vegetables. One of the best poke bowls I've had. Very filling portions, we thought that next time we might share a bowl and get one of their tasty looking sides as well.

Love the staff here 🥰 favorite menu items are the yuzu salmon bowl, and the bulgogi beef (try adding kimchi!). They offer WiFi l so I work remotely here sometimes too!
Spicy Tune Poke Bowl is unmatched!

Pretty lack luster ramen. The broth was cold and the noodles were barely warm.
Also got really sick after eating here.
Would not recommend.

I've been to high-end ramen spots with extravagant Japanese decor, waitstaff in crisp uniforms, and menus that read like novels—only to be completely let down by the food.
Not here. This place delivers where it counts. I had the shoyu ramen, my wife went with the ahi tuna poke bowl, and both were absolutely phenomenal. I genuinely wished I were 11 years old again just so I could shamelessly order three rounds. Flavorful, satisfying, and no pretense—just great food. Highly recommend.

Tried the spicy miso ramen and gyoza. A bit more spice than I was expecting but not unwelcome. It had a smoke to it though that is all I can taste an hour later. Not a fan of wakame in ramen, the noodles needed to be separated better, cha shu was good if a bit smokey, good timing on the egg but no cure, broth was tasty and noodles are decent when you don't get a clump. Atmosphere is nice, it would be cramped when busy but I went at like 1pm on a Monday so no problems. I might go back to try the shoyu without wakame but wouldn't go for the spicy miso again. I would love nori and proper ajitama options.

Great little cozy place with a ton of outdoor seating. Good ramen, very good broth, tasty toppings. They also have good drink selection and offer GF ramen which is awesome.

I have ordered shoyu red twice now and both times have been watery and flavorless which makes for trash noodles as well and an overall bad bowl of ramen really confused why reviews are so good.

Greetings,
Came here to get takeout for a birthday.
Atmosphere is okay, albeit a little crowded feeling. Parking is tough in that area.
Service was mostly good and our food came in a timely manner. I like that they didn't put ice in the to-go drinks.
Got the Shoyu Red Ramen. The broth wasn't very flavorful and the spicy overwhelmed it easily. The pork was good as well as the egg. Noodles and veggies were okay.
It is unlikely I will go back, except for someone's birthday, and would try something different.
Spending my one day off to enjoy my favorite ramen from my favorite ramen place and suddenly they changed the noodles completely?
Their noodles used to be thick and filling, satisfying to slurp.
I can’t believe they changed the noodles to this thin angel hair pasta that tastes like absolutely revolting, completely changes the whole flavor of the ramen.
I’m sad to say I will not be going back.
They really flopped with this one. I’m so sad 😭 I recommend this place to everyone. But not anymore. Stay away!!!!

The miso/miso ramen is classic and nourishing though I think the slurpability could be more. For me, I’m sensitive to smells and the cleaner they use is so overpowering I can’t enjoy the taste of the food. The people are really kind but I don’t think I’ll be able to come back until summer when I can eat outside because the cleaning chemicals give me a headache.
