Such a lovely and unique place! The food was DELICIOUS. Order a combo of small plates to get a good sampling of what they have to offer.

Consistently delicious food and a wonderful atmosphere. The “we pick” with wine pairings is always divine and the wait staff are lovely. We’ve been back many times and always look forward to the next meal here.

Just do the thing where you pay a flat rate and they feed you whatever they want. You won't regret it.

Small plates allows you to sample a lot. Can get expensive, but everything was absolutely phenomenal. Service and atmosphere outstanding. Great quality and well worth the price and wait!

My partner and I had one of the best impromptu dinners in Portland ever. I’m sorta confused by the rating on google maps. This place is truly a gem. I love the idea of sharing and having small plates so that you can try a bunch of different dishes. The star of our meal was the braised lamb. I also really enjoyed the potato onion gratin and the bread, butter, and fruity olive oil. The dark chocolate mousse was so heavenly, delicious, and so light and fluffy - it took the guilt out of us ordering dessert. Not that anyone should feel guilty having a sweet treat. Highly recommend if you want a bit of a fancier dinner in Kearns.

Lovely as always. Great wine. Great for sharing. Lots of gluten free and dairy free options.

This was a really good, but expensive meal. Great special occasion/date night spot...

Stop reading reviews and go here and enjoy a great meal! It is French food with small plates allowing one to sample an array of dishes. The wine list is well curated and affordable. Everyone who works there seems happy to be doing just that. Stop reading reviews and enjoy this treasure!

Navarre is my favorite place in Portland for dinner. If $ was no option, I’d eat there multiple times a week :-)

My partner and I are vegetarian/pescatarian and Navarre always has more than enough options for us. Seasonally changing menu means we always have something new to try, and no visit feels the same.

Timeless and cozy!!
