Nice local spot in the neighborhood that we’ve enjoyed coming to often. However, the recent price increases are incredibly steep, so much so that we won’t be able to justify coming back like we had been. Really bummed.

Very disappointed. The prices are high, quality is par, and It closes way too early for Portland.

I got a to go order (over $40 worth of tacos). NAYAR Taqueria: Next time can you PLEASE please please not shove all the tacos into 2 very small boxes?!? Tortillas were all torn and falling apart and it was basically a pile of different meats and tortilla.

Also several of these were supposed to have guac on them…no guac to be seen. Some were just meat in a tortilla.

Don’t get careless just because it’s a to go order.

I used to come here several times a week because I work nearby but recently they nearly doubled their prices. The $9 burrito is nearly $17 now and it's just simply not okay. I get needing to keep up with costs but that's absurd.

My wife and I have been loyal customers here for 6 years, we live across the street. That’s why I rate with 5 starts.

Unfortunately because they have doubled the price of their burritos to $16 (for a vegetarian burrito or chicken) from $8.95 we now need to pass on ordering from here and will likely look elsewhere from now on.

The food was amazing! Cool vibes.

You raised your salad prices by $7!! Ridiculous! I won’t be ordering from you again. It’s only been a week since I last ordered. That is horrible business considering how small the dang salads are!!!!

I visited around 1pm when the rush of a Monday was over. Great tacos. Asada and carnitas meats were my favorite.

Everything was delicious, and the staff was great. Bonus: Didn't see any ghouls or goblins or Mothmen while I was there, unlike SOME places in town!

I'm not trying to sound like an elitist, but I'm from California and grew up in a Mexican household. I have had some of the most amazing mexican food around. That being said, Nayar Taqueria's chile relleno burrito is the best damn burrito I've ever had in the PDX area. I'm telling everyone I know about this place.

I don't care what anyone else says. These are the best damn tacos in Portland! I have a job driving all over town for the last 20 years and this is by far the best I have had. It also happens to be right around the corner from where I grew up. I love everything about this place. It has a simple feel when you walk in, but it is on the money. The fish tacos are my favorite, both the grilled and fried are a must try.
