Review based on custom service and cleanliness. Sadly the man was alone taking orders with black glove and making food and delivering food to customers with the same glove. Red flag for me. After waiting 15 mins I figured maybe I should leave because my order will not be out soon and it might get me sick. He said about another 15 mins. He kindly gave me my money back with a snarky comment, "id return your tip if you had tipped me" ARE YOU SERIOUS?! I tip cash when I eat out AFTER I am given service. I hate it when tips are expected! PS- he used the microwave a lot to heat up food. No thx!!

The quessabirrias were delicious! The margarita was too.which they r hard to find..usually sour at most places..great price the only reason i didn't give q 5 star was the tacos lacked meat and thet forgot my drink order.. but once I got it..it was great great prices too.

"While visiting Taqueria Nayar, I must say, the local flavors here are quite different from the original. I know this, I am from Nayarit, specifically Tepic/San Blas. Yesterday, my wife and I experienced delayed service due to staffing issues in the kitchen. While we understand these challenges, the staff at the register and the guy serving and making drinks tried their best to apologize and even offered extra drinks, which we declined. However, our disappointment peaked when our Ceviche San Blas arrived; it contained only a few (3 or 4) shrimp cut in small pieces amidst a sea of vegetables and salsa, far from justifying its price. Despite its semi-decent taste, it falls short of the authentic Nayarit style. Sadly, this experience has deterred us from returning and we cannot recommend this place to others.

Yum yum! Discovered this place 1 week ago and I’m already back and I brought my husband too! We both had the Al Pastor taco salads and they we delicious!! Prices are very reasonable and big portions. Fast service and everything is freshly made. We will come back at dinner for the food and try the margaritas.

This is some of the only great and authentic Mexican food in the Portland area. I’m from California and have been struggling to find a *real* taqueria that doesn’t water down their salsa and have brussel sprouts on the menu.

Probably my favorite carnitas burrito in PDX, it's good and salty without being greasy.Dietary restrictions: They have most items listed with ingredientsTacos for example are listed with their meat followed by parenthesis of the toppings that come on it. I share my allergy needs when ordering and felt heard. I have had no issues or reactions from their food either.

Wow!Wonderful, warm atmosphere and tasty Tacos!Everyone in the group was ready for the Taco experience and this place provides! They do street style tacos, with the option to add on other toppings…yeah, we went full tilt. Fantastic!The beans are ranchero style, not refried. Yummy!The Taco salad has all the topping you could want.Come for lunch and leave full and happy.
