Creatives and musicians of all types show up here simply to listen to music and indulge in a beer, cocktail, and a light conversation about music. I cannot recommend it. It's small so leave your 4+ crowd at home. You'll love it solo or with +1-3 at most!
Quaint venue that was a lovely break from ginormous crowds and filled with only fun loving, dancing fans of fantastic music! Parking all around as it’s located in Portland’s Hollywood District. The ambience, très éclectique chic. The bar is stocked with good spirits and the food was fantastic. I recommend the Chicken Satay and Pot Stickers. More than anything, I’m an old skool vinyl junkie, so the Vinyl Bar theme absolutely appeals to me.
Sonder Bar is a little hidden gem of Northeast Portland. I have been to several shows there, and their sound system is absolutely top notch, making it a real pleasure for listening and dancing. Very relaxed mellow vibes, even for bigger shows. The drinks are decent and fairly averagedly priced for Portland.
