Yo, I'm a fan of a simple yet satisfying burrito. Truth be told I only like burritos from very specific places and I wasn't sure about trying something new. They not only gave me what I was looking for, they have shown their humanity and goodwill to me. They are a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day in the neighborhood that I live in, I'm mad at myself that it took me this long to find them. I am now just a little more inspired to try new places for my favorite things. Thank you Nelly for being amazing on the days when I really need it!

We were looking for a breakfast restaurant with vegan options and stumbled upon Nelly’s. We decided on this option because, coincidentally, my daughter’s ferret is named Nelly. What a fabulous find!!! The owner, his service and the food were all outstanding. I ordered the red sauce chiliquiles and loved every bite! We’re already planning our return visit.

Went here for the first time today. Ordered the vegan Twister burrito with soyrizo as the protein. It was supposed to have potatoes, vegan sour cream and fajita veggies (among other things) but it didn't have any of these in it. Plus to make things worse, they put shredded cheddar cheese in it. Gross. Why have a vegan menu if you can't make a vegan burrito the right way? Very disappointing and I will not be giving this place another chance. Cashier looked like she's unhappy with her job and maybe her life. That didn't help the vibe at all.

I love Mexican food and eat it multiple times a week. But this place is my absolute favorite. I’ve been here a lot and I am never disappointed. It’s a hole in the wall and I highly recommend it.
My number one recommendation is a mojado style chimichanga with red sauce. I could eat this meal everyday.
My partner loves the huevos rancheros and that’s typically his go to, in case you needed another recommendation.

My boss gave me one of her tacos to try because she got them from here and damn they were good af! So I decided to go get my husband and I some food. I got the carne asada plate and he got a sausage breakfest burrito. The food is fire and a super good price. I'm so happy she told me about this place! Not the best area and it's a hidden place but that is what gives it is charm cos you always find the best food on this side of town
