Sam is super friendly and made a delicious and beautiful oat latte. On top of the quality service and drinks, Neo Cafe has a strong community feeling.

Visiting from out of state and found this place to get my caffeine fix. Sam was so sweet, it's easy to tell that he enjoys what he's doing. I got the smoked butterscotch and baklava lattes and both were delicious! The whole place was so chill, if I was a local I'd definitely be a regular and maybe even set myself up in a comfy corner to read or study 😊.

Sam is so great, and really knows his stuff! This is a beautiful cafe tucked in a sort of odd building but it’s absolutely worth a stop. The cafe offers great sandwiches and bagels as well as truly excellent coffee.

The breakfast sandwich and baklava latte was delicious. Sam was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. My wife and I will definitely be coming back. Hopefully they open on the weekends someday.

I didn't try any of the food, but the tea was fantastic. Sam is a great owner and very nice to talk with while you're hanging out and working. The atmosphere is laid back with a nice volume of music in the background. Highly recommend checking out this place if you are around!

People have to get to work by 8:00 in the morning so I'm not really too sure what kind of coffee shop doesn't open until 8:00 a.m.
If you want to understand why you don't have any business or why you have minimal business, that's why. There's no place in Rockwood to get a drip coffee except for your establishment and you don't open until 8:00 a.m.
What do people have to do to get coffee from you? Who are commuting in the morning?
What kind of coffee place doesn't have coffee for people in the morning?
Other coffee shops are open at 5:00 a.m. 6:00 a.m. But those are far away from here. And again, you're the only one that does drip coffee

Had one of their seasonal blended chais with coconut sugar on top and it was delicieus! I usually get their regular chai because they have one of the best I’ve EVER had! This place is the best and Sam is so kind! Check this place out!

I’ve bee here multiple times. It would be daily if not for work. A fresh continually surprisingly delicious menus of both seasonal drinks and food and your sturdy staples. I am an avid coffee lover and am joyfully amazed each time. Try something new and relax with lots of lights and a soft spot with inviting music. I always look forward to going back.
