2nd time in this store and I will order online from now on. Don't know if they were stressed or having a bad day. The short brunette kept rolling her eyes and getting snotty when people we're asking for help as she stood talking with her coworker. Last time everyone was very helpful. Sad her attitude lost the store business. 🤷

If you are a poc, expect half of the employees being nice and friendly to you (mostly from the poc employees), the other half would treat you with minimum engagement and eye contact at the cashier.

I was looking for a gift and wanted something most similar to a particular variety of s-bucks coffee. Two employees, formerly from s-bucks (sorry forgot the names, one guy and one girl), quickly helped me get the correct coffee with great expertise. The girl was also able to quickly set me up with an online account. This knowledge went above and beyond and was greatly appreciated. Management should take notice and reward accordingly. Thank you!

My family (5 of us) stopped by the Nespresso store at the mall on a hot day, and we had such a great experience thanks to Isaac. My husband and I have been considering a Nespresso for a while, and our parents came along excited for coffee. They had so many questions, and Isaac patiently answered them all, letting my husband and I have time to browse and talk.
When it was our turn, we had just as many questions—but Isaac curated the whole experience. He listened carefully, gave thoughtful recommendations, and walked us through the different machines. I’m very detail-oriented and like to compare options side by side, and Isaac’s knowledge and experience made it so easy. We left confident in our choice and with a machine that perfectly fits our needs and budget.
Highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Isaac—he truly made the difference!

We had a fantastic experience at this store today. Two of our machines had stopped working, and Isaac, the store manager, went above and beyond to help us find a new one. He guided us through the options, helped us select the right model, offered a discount for the trouble, and even included some complimentary pods to get us started. To top it off, he walked us over to the counter to sample a new espresso pod on the spot. We truly appreciated the outstanding customer service from Isaac and the entire team. They were able to recycle our old machines at the store as well. Highly recommend!

I had the best experience at the Nespresso Boutique. All the staff was amazing but Savanna went above and beyond with exceptional customer service! She made me a delicious coffee, and I walked out of the store with a new machine and lots of great coffee pods!!

Hello, I usually shop at the Clakamas mall store in Oregon, people have always been very kind to me, but today a woman served me who didn't even feel like talking, she was rude to me, I'm Hispanic and I felt like she didn't like me being there, I felt like she wasn't even paying attention to my order. I asked her how many I could buy to have the promotion, but she said there was no promotion, I told her there was a promotion, but she insisted no, so I asked to speak to someone else and when the other person came to talk to her I explained my disagreement and she just asked me to leave the store.

We were so excited to see a Nespresso boutique for the first time! Even more excited to be greeted with the kindest humans who made the experience great! Staff was super knowledgeable and we got to taste the new coconut release- SO GOOD iced! We -of course- couldn’t leave empty handed ;) thank you guys for the best service!! You made our day! 10/10 recommend!

I was gifted a small nespresso and needed to get some pods for it, the greeter was nice but otherwise I was not helped by any of the staff and I had never been in the store before so I didn’t really know how it worked. Was very disappointed in the experience and ended up walking out without purchasing any pods for my new nespresso maker.
Coral was so sweet, helpful, attentive, and had great recommendations for what notes we were looking for. Though in a room full of customers waiting, she was patient, took the time to explain and answer our questions, and made us 3 fresh brews to sample full sized drinks. Thank you for your great service, Coral! Hope to see you again when we need more coffee!
