Next Level Burger West Burnside

Fire Cheeseburger was small, yet had a good spicy flavor. We appreciate they still have the signature burger, the only one not trying to imitate meat. Tots, onion rings, shakes…all good. It’s not lthe original location in Bend, but still a tasty menu of options.

Got the Maverick burger and onion rings with lemon herb mayo dip. Super tasty, the pretzel bun was very good, and the burger held together well. The portions are very decently sized, and the dip is very delicious too. The onion rings were also firm and crispy. Came in a group and though the shop was understaffed at the time, the employees were super nice and considerate. It's nice that the self-order kiosks also allow you to link your rewards account (if you have one, tied to your phone). I also order online from here every once in a while and love getting their Next Level Nuggets. The non-veg friends that I've taken here to try the nuggets have all raved about how good they are. The flavor and texture is amazingly like how non-veg nuggets taste, but better. Can't recommend the nuggets enough!

Wow that was so good! Dairy free, gluten free, vegan heaven. Even the gluten free bun was good (rare). I’m def going back.

We went there hungry after a nice hike at Forest Park, the food was amazing, full of flavor. Friendly customer service, 90's rock playing mellowly on the stereo, it had a good vibe.

Vegetarian options: Everything is plant based and vegan there. Very flavorful and taste!

Parking: Hard to find parking on game day.

Amazing place! They have Gluten free and vegan!!!! Go here!! I got the cookie dough GF Vegan shake!!! They have soy and coconut base, I went with soy and it was AMAZING!! AND the fries were great! Lightly Seasoned! So good!!

Vegetarian options: I believe most if not everything is vegan :)

Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to milk and have celiac and there's so much I could have!

Parking: Limited parking in the lot but still good spots.

Sanitation is as sketchy as the restaurant looks from the outside. Low staffed on a Sunday afternoon. Made it tough to ask for simple items. I watched one of the 2 gentlemen working, touch the self-service kiosk, a ladies phone to help her with the app, and cash, before proceeding to grab utensils and food orders without changing his gloves. I was hesitant to receive the spoon he handed me after what I had just watched, but was trying not to sound picky. Additionally, I was presented with a watery "milkshake" and asked for it to be re-made. They kindly re-made it, but it was not much better the second time around. I could also not order the seasonal special "The Gobbler" because they had not yet made the stuffing for the day. I am disappointed in this Next Level location and don't recommend it to anyone unless they can get more prepared and sanitary workers in there.

I'm an omnivore, my friends are lacto-ovo-vegitarian. When we go out to eat, I'm open to try new things.

My friend ordered for me because she knows what I like.

Vegan pub burger. She added onions, tomato, vegan mayo, and vegan mustard.

It was delicious!!! Ate everything but a little of the pretzel bun!

Definitely recommend!!

Absolutely amazing food and service. Unbelievable burgers, no difference with a meat burger, and their spicy options did the trick just as well! OMG and the Tater Tots.

Didn't actually try the food because we thought it was real protein but ended up being vegan. But I have to post 5 starts bc the staff was really nice and food did actually sound great!

The milkshake is amazing!! But it doesn’t worth taking medium since it’s just a little little bit more than the small size.
The burger is also pretty tasty and they have great different combinations.

Tried the Gobbler seasonal burger and it was really tasty. Good cranberry and stuffing. Will definitely come back for more of their burgers. Staff were friendly too

Absolutely loved this place. Im not big on vegan food but i am for non gmo. I'll give anything a try thats healthy.So if toure for vegan than this is the place. From brugers to sales to shakes. Heard about this non dairy milkshake and had to try it. Had the strawberry and peanut butter shakes. Delicious. From entry to leaving we were greeted well. Next Level is def that. Next level of food!
