Nimblefish is amazing. I brought son here. He is a dynamite roll guy so trying an omakase was a risk. He ate every bite. Everything was amazing. Call outs were the smoked mackerel, salt water eel, waygu, sardine and skip jack tuna. It is pricey but so good to treat yourself. Worth the omakase and premium flight price.

Nimblefish is exactly what you think it is! Top quality all around. If you're looking for a great experience and top notch service, this is the place to go. I tried fish that I had never had before and it was exquisite! My only knock is the price doesn't quite align with the full experience.

Nimblefish is definitely a unique experience! There’s very limited seating, so make sure you have a reservation ready. If you’ve never had omakase, this was a great place to explore. The chef introduced each piece to us and told us where it was from, which was neat. You’ll be asked if you’d like to order al a carte after your set menu; I found that it was a bit limited in offerings and didn’t include all items that were in the set meals, which was a bit disappointing....
