Such savory flavorful ramen, without the excessive amount of sodium must places do.The pork was deep in flavor, with little to no chewiness! The dumplings and gyoza are 11/10.Be sure to ask for chilli oil!

Already left a review on yelp so decided i wanted to leave one on google as well. To all the great reviews everyone be warned and read them carefully. What you will see is that the Ramen at this place is great, everything else not so much. I would recommend not coming to this place at all but if you must dont order any side dishes or anything other than ramen. Heres my experience…Going to this restaurant was one of the worst experiences I have had in awhile. I ordered the Chicken Karage and Takoyaki. The karage was subpar at best. Cold and hard. But what makes my review a 1 star is that when I bit into the takoyaki it was cold and undercooked in the inside. When I went inside to ask them to fry it a bit longer the lady at the cashier said thats how it was supposed to be. So I trusted her and took 1 more bite. I immediately threw up in the to go bag she gave me and asked for a refund or to have another item made for me instead. She responded “we dont do that here” so I paid full price for something I couldnt even take more than two bites of. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never go back here.

Seated immediately. Gentleman was very polite and helped us to understand some of the dishes. Definitely knew his stuff. He was attentive without crowding us. Booth was comfortable, but there are tables too if you prefer. Reasonable amount of seating. Food was well presented and very tasty. We left full and satisfied after we finished everything. Most of the time we leave a restaurant with leftovers, but here we couldn't stop till it was gone because it was so tasty. The menu has pictures to help identify what is what, and offers something for everyone. They also do to go orders. We wanted to go someplace different than the traditional Shari's or IHOP - and this fit the bill. We live in Sherwood, but it was worth the drive. Clean and well decorated too. Great experience! Thanks!Vegetarian options: They had different options, including dishes with tofu. You would have several options.Parking: Parking lot for the strip mall this place is in has lots of space.Kid-friendliness: Had some children's size items in the menu, or you could share a larger bowl item with your child, and add appetizers to supplement if needed. Or, you can order a full size for the kids and take your leftovers to enjoy at home.

This is the second time I've been here and I've been very surprised and pleased that the quality of the dishes. The pork on the ramen was some of the most flavorful I've ever had on ramen which is quite impressive.

Service was great, but the food was below expectations. The fried chicken was dry and hard. The curry was a thin broth. It didn't taste bad but needs to be better prepared. The other dishes were lacking either enough the main ingredient or were not flavourful.Vegetarian options: FewParking: Parking convenient.Wheelchair accessibility: It seems spacious enough to maneuver a wheelchair.

The food was pretty good. I had the garlic tonkatsu ramen which was very rich. My husband had the karage bento bowl and he said it was pretty good. The only issue we had was with the service. I think they only had 1 person working the dining room so it took a long time for us to put in our order. She also got my order mixed up with another table's so there was a lot of back and forth in the process. She was very nice and apologetic though. So I'd recommend this restaurant but only if you're not in a hurry, or go outside of the normal meal times.

What can I say I think I’ve found my newest go to bento and ramen place, service is good didn’t take a long time to get served, I ordered the Chicken KaraageBento, (non spicy) which was honestly very good, the chicken had no need in being that good, the salad surprised me in a good way, the sauce they add on it was one of the best things about the meal, of course rice is rice but it is very soft and enjoyable, location is great mostly because I live close , honestly 10/10 for ninja ramen and bento, I would 100 percent recommend it, if I could describe it in one word it would be superb.

Taka's original location is in Hillsboro. This is his second location (closer into town, which is easier for most people). The cedar mill location is somewhat fresh and new but with all the same inviting vibes and food. Taka is a Japanese certified ramen chef with credentials. That's pretty rad.His specialty and focus is on the Tonkotsu style broth and hits with a rich punch. He also has perfected his karaage (fried chicken) and it's a perfect attention to crispy ans it can get.I recommend trying anything or everthing on the menu. It's all good.

This location of Ninja Ramen is tucked off of Cornell in a strip mall complex. Inside is cute with Japanese music videos playing on the tv. We came in at an odd time for late lunch/happy hour and got the Ninja beer special to start with was a Sapporo mixed with a little Calpico - it was actually quite good. For food, we got the aji fry, ramen with a mini curry donburi, and a gyudon. Food came out pretty quickly and all was delicious. I like that their menu is pretty modular - you can basically get every dish as an appetizer, a rice bowl, or on ramen. Ramen broth was pretty good and they used good noodles, none of that skinny stuff. Our server was friendly and attentive, keeping our water filled up. I'd be back when in the area or if my party needed more options. Ryoma still reigns for ramen, but Ninja is a good second choice.

Chashu bento was okay. Portion was okay also. But the breading on the tempura shrimp was too muchParking: Plenty of parking spaces even during busy lunch time as the restaurant is in a strip mall

Stopped here because it was the closest ramen to the Colombia employee store. We walked in on a Saturday around 530pm and it was completely empty which we didn’t think too much of just thought it was a slow time in the day. The waitress came over and gave us menus and water. I came here with my two year old daughter, husba and sister in law. I ordered the kids meal for my daughter which came with ramen with corn and bean sprouts I politely asked the waitress if my daughter could just have these toppings on the side and she straight up told me “either you want the toppings or you don’t” you don’t get to have them on the side. I thought it was a simple request not something she had to go out of her way to do. So I just said okay no toppings then, and then we ordered one deluxe ramen , one spicy miso ramen and one regular ramen. My husband got the deluxe which only difference was ONE piece of seaweed for $2 more than the regular ramen. Over all food was not what we expected from a ramen place….the bowls were only half filled with broth which I have NEVER gone to a ramen place and received such little broth. The broth it self was not flavorful at all it was similar to seasoned water with added color. We asked for some hot sauce to try to bring some flavor to the broth and the waitress brought us some chili oil.. we were hoping to get some Siracha but I guess that was asking to much as well. The waitress wasn’t friendly she wasn’t entirely rude but had the attitude that she didn’t want to be there and didn’t want to be serving us everyone at our table noticed , so we gave her no tip and she seemed very upset. We ended up spending a little over $50 for a bad experience but at least we know not to come here again.
