The chicken fried steak was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had — crispy on the outside, tender inside, and smothered in the perfect amount of creamy gravy. Paired with their perfectly cooked home fries (crispy, golden, and addictive), it was a breakfast dream. And the coffee? Hot, bold, and just what you need to kickstart your morning.
Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Whether you’re craving comfort food or just want a great start to your day, Night Hawk delivers. Definitely a new favorite!

Delicious classic diner food. The coffee was excellent, mimosas were strong, pancakes were from scratch and the breakfast burger was killer! Prices were a bit high but it's Portland in 2025 I would recommend this restaurant and hope to visit again one day

Love this spot! The breakfast is just perfect. It’s the greasy spoon without the grease! Absolutely love the humans and the atmosphere.
Probably my fault on scoring. I wasn't in the mood for bar food. Shrimp platter with onion rings & extra garlic bread, for $18.50+. I was disappointed in the soggy garlic bread & only 7 pieces of butterfly shrimp.
