The vegan Classic Chick'n Sandwich included a chicken patty, honey mustard, mayonnaise, and pickles on a bun. The patty and the fries were both crispy. The pineapple soft serve was sublime.

Absolutely amazing!! Had the first of what I already know will be many visits this afternoon and the whole experience was just fantastic.
Service could not have been kinder/more welcoming, but not in a phony or annoying way. Food was ready quickly and, in my opinion, very reasonably priced for what you get. We had the regular sandwich, spicy sandwich and fries + some sauces. It might be weird to say since it is fried but everything tasted so fresh and delicious!
I drove about 25 min to get here and will gladly do it again soon. Cannot recommend enough!
Literally my favorite vegan chicken sandwich. I've had tons of them in Portland but this one has such a good texture, great sauce, and well-paired toppings. I eat here at least a couple times a month. The fries are good. The sorbet rules. Absolutely check it out.
Vegetarian options: Never had a better plant based chicken like sandwich. The commercial vege-chicks can't compare to this. Slaw was great. This food truck is a gem.

Wow this was a pleasure. Better than any of the commercial fake chicken Ive tried. It is a food cart with lots of other vegan options near by. But I'd put this pretty high for a place to start your plant is better than dead bird exploration.

I'm pretty sure they handmade the chick'n here because it's very good. The sandwich I got was maybe slightly messy but well executed (lettuce was coming out the sides, but it was really tasty, the bun was grilled perfectly, sauce not messy, and grilled bac'n).
UPDATE: this place has come a long way. They have fixed the over packaging and the messiness of the sandwich simultaneously. They also have vegan soft serve! If they kick it up one more level (like a vegan milkshake, some other non sando entree, or a killer side) it's going to be hard not to give it a 5.
