Nice new apartment building, great location, reasonable rent! Non smoking building, however many smokers in the outside public areas day and night ;( No pets allowed, except “companion” pets are allowed. We have only seen and heard a few pets. They seem to be fairly well behaved pets! Neighbors and staff seem friendly!
