Cute little place with good portions and flavor. We got the poutine spring rolls, “shrimp” Rangoon and pad Thai. They were very crowded but service was fast and we didn’t wait long.
Got the rainy rangoons (I get these every time because they are SO good, the crunch and soft creamy insides are amazing), the Pad Thai Nachos (also really flavorful and slightly tangy), and the Coconut Mushroom Fettuccine. The Fettuccine I've also had a few times and it's pretty filling, loaded up on mushrooms, spinach, sauce, and tomatoes. Would definitely get any and all of these again. Been to Norah's Belmont location a couple times and it's in my opinion the cozier location. The food has been consistently flavorful and good every time. The service is fast and the staff are so nice. Street parking is pretty easy to come by. Great for a date spot but also for takeout!
All of our food was amazing. Trust happy cows good reviews.
Norah has a fantastic vibe and food is delicious. Everything is vegan!!!
Service was good but we got totally catfished by the pictures online 🤣 fettuccine was really sweet and watery. The water at our table was warm from sitting in a bottle on our table for however long. Too expensive for the lack of quality.

My favorite restaurant in Portland, and that is really saying something! The food is delicious and very good value for both the quality and the amount of food in each order. Lots of good gluten free options and hearty vegan proteins

We have tried this restaurant a few times wanting so much to like it since it’s just blocks from us but all I can say is the salt is over the top in every dish we tried. Waaay too salty. The last time I tried it was because they had an uber eats deal. When I went to pick it up we were charged for the item that was supposed to be free when you made the purchase. The manager helping me refused to honor the deal and said that I had to take it up with uber. Really unhelpful. But helpful in the fact that I will not be going back.

We ordered coconut mushroom linguine (very good) and Mapo Tofu (not quite how we had expected, quite oily, no veggies but tasted fine).

The best Thai vegan place I've been to. The pad see ew is delicious and my wife loves the eggplant dish. The only downside is the price but it's definitely worth it.

The coconut mushroom linguine and the nachos were so good! I also had a really good hibiscus lime soda! The place is cutsey and I like the option of ordering/paying from a QR code.

Lovely presentations of their meals. The rangoons were perfectly cooked but bland and you only received 4 for $9.00.
The nachos were too busy with too many different flavors and it was swimming in sauce. The cauliflower and purple rice were cooked perfectly.
The dishes were overpriced for the small amount of food received and I left feeling discontented.
Oh and I forgot to mention, ordering and payout is all online so be sure to bring a device to use.
