Great Thai food. Everything is delicious.

Norah is a wonderful place for dinner. It's often crowded for good reason, so make a reservation or be prepared to wait. But it's worth it! The dishes are unassuming with Asian flair - mostly Thai and Indian, with a bit of fusion here and there. Every dish is satisfying and packs in great flavors. I've had their Pad Thai, Bibimbap, Holy Basil Eggplant, and vegan rangoons. They serve purple rice berry rice with most dishes which is unique and delicious. I've loved every morsel I've had so far and can't wait to go back and try more! They also have an impressive cocktail menu.

Excellent service, amazing food, and a nice atmosphere. Took friends here after having a great experience at their Alberta location. In fact, Norah is a place I keep bringing new people to because everything about it is so good. Favorite dishes include See Ew, Pad Thai Nachos, Crab Rangoons, Fried Dumplings, and the Hibiscus Lime Soda to drink.

Everything I have had here is delicious! Highly recommend trying the samosas and anything with their grilled tempeh. Great décor and fun vibe as well. Definitely check it out if you are in Portland.

Been wanting to try them for a while, so decided to go on my bday. The music was a total mood killer. It's a Pan-Asian place, but they were blasting American pop music so loud. Totally not the vibe I want when going to a Pan-Asian place. I'm a big pad see ew snob, so of course I had to get it, as I haven't had a decent, authentic version in portland. First, the norah sour was so disgusting. There was so much aquafaba in it, which made it so thick. It was all around gross. The pad thai nachos were just okay. The sauce on them was just too much and had a very bitter taste. The bibimbap was crazy spicy and took over the whole flavor palate. It was the better of the dishes, tho. The see ew, while authentic with gai lan, was such a salt bomb. The gravy was watered down and almost non-existent, but somehow bland and salty at the same time. Overall, not the greatest and nothing to brag about or to return for for me. I miss Los Angeles food so much. Portland just doesn't come close. Definitely the one thing I miss the most since moving up here.

They serve a variety of Asian or Asian-inspired dishes here, but it’s not strictly one kind of cuisine. We tried the bibimbap, cauliflower curry and Chinese broccoli and my partner got a Thai iced tea. We were so impressed with the food, everything was so flavorful! We can’t wait to try more of their menu. We highly recommend the bok choy and cauliflower curry! #Veganuary

We got to try Norah, and it was great! All the dishes we had were super unique and creative. Flavors were unique combinations of italian/Asian style. DID I MENTION THEY HAVE A VEGAN BANANA SPLIT? Updated from previous review on 2023-01-13

Ate there last night. Found almost all the dishes had an overdose of oil. Pools on the dishes. Hoping the cooks can cut back. One expects restaurant fare to be a little oily but this was too much and seriously detracted from the experience. Thank you for your consideration?

Norah is in my top faves of Portland. I’ve tried nearly the whole menu and am never disappointed. I especially love the bibimbap and pad Thai nachos. Expect to wait at peak times without a reservation. They’re fast but very popular!

First time here and found the food to be excellent. I had the bibimbap, and will go back for more. Ordering is rather strange with a "tip fine" of 20% for tab left open—whatever that means. Most of it is dyi, so I don't see where a 20% tip would come in. Anyway, I was happy with how it all turned out with just enough left on my plate for a delix lunch the next day.

i tried the thai basil tofu/tempeh/soy curl and the cauliflower curry dish and really enjoyed both. also tried the rangoons, which were one of my favorites before i went vegan so i was so excited to try a vegan rendition. highly recommended.

I've eaten here maybe three times, and have really enjoyed Norah's creative menu! Everything has been super flavorful — particularly the cauliflower curry and the bibimbap.
