My favorite restaurant in Portland, and that is really saying something! The food is delicious and very good value for both the quality and the amount of food in each order. Lots of good gluten free options and hearty vegan proteins

Lovely presentations of their meals. The rangoons were perfectly cooked but bland and you only received 4 for $9.00.
The nachos were too busy with too many different flavors and it was swimming in sauce. The cauliflower and purple rice were cooked perfectly.
The dishes were overpriced for the small amount of food received and I left feeling discontented.
Oh and I forgot to mention, ordering and payout is all online so be sure to bring a device to use.

My sister went to grad school in Portland and went to Norah quite a few times while living in Portland. She raved about the food and said it was the best meal she ever had. We made a 1pm reservation on a Saturday and walked in to a very cute little place. Order yourself via QR code. We ordered the Rainy Rangoons and the Pad Thai Nachos. Rangoons were a little fishy for our liking but the Pad Thai Nachos were to die for for. For meals we all split the See Ew and the Spicy Holy...
