What shame the owner after ppl losing money in machine he just Wait till they leave and seat there and play cash out I saw him he cash out 2 deferent machine he keep watch till they leave shame I know he checked how much the mechanic received and get ppl money shame I'll never go that place anymore

Food at the Northside is always made to order so you always get the freshest best food , at least I think so , this is my favorite place for Chinese Food or at least in North Portland that is . The wait time is long but we'll worth the wait , I really enjoy the Northside food restaurant side that is

Went in and ordered fried rice and shrimp paid $27.00. waited 30 minutes for food. The rice was good but the shrimp was not. It had a funny taste(got 9 ate 2 and threw the rest away) The shrimp was fried way too hard. Never

On Christmas day a couple friends and I made our way in the blistering cold rainy day to warm up with Chinese food! ? We sat on the restaurant side since we had a 20 year old with us. It was very quiet, but that helped us pick out what to eat. We ordered Sesame Chicken, Curry Beef, Mongolian Chicken, Spring Rolls, and a full stack of pancakes. ? The look on our server's face was priceless! ?

We didn't wait long for our food to come out, but while we waited we could hear Rocky Horror playing from the lounge. We wished it had been playing on our side too.

All of our dishes came out piping hot and were so good! We had an idea to eat the sweet pancake with the savory protein. It slapped! The curry beef sauce with the pancake was incredible, for real.

Dietary restrictions: My friend can't eat nuts, fish, dairy, or eggs. The servers were really great about helping him find something safe and tasty to eat!

Friendly staff, delicious hefty portions, unbeatable prices. What else could you ask for? We sat on the bar side, but there is a restaurant side. I got the pork egg fu Yung. It's what I come here for. My husband got the shrimp fried rice. Separate they were great, together they were phenomenal.
