Well, come here if you want the saddest gnocchi dish you can imagine. Not only did it look like vomit, you had to chew it? I was genuinely hungry and it did nothing for me. Service was sub-par before it even got busy. I like the Ambiance but this has to be my worst Portland meal yet.

Went for cocktails, which were lovely and not crazy expensive. Food, including oysters and a small plate of cheese ended up costing over 70 per couple averaging three drinks for two. Great environment. Nice staff. Just seemed pretty pricey for food. But, who am I kidding? I never go out anymore!

This was out first time trying out Old Pal. My friends and I came to try a few bites before heading out for the evening. We had a two appetizers and also some oysters. We also grabbed a drink. The place itself was very welcoming and friendly. Music was good. Decor was fun. The oysters were quite small for the cost, but done well. Everything was good. I would come back again and try some more dishes. I liked the vibe of the place. I would recommend it
