The waitress here was great but the food was GARBAGE! I asked for sauteed mushrooms to be added to my meal and they literally sliced ONE mushroom and charged me $4 for it.

Our server was extremely gracious and helpful. One of the people on our table has stricter dietary restrictions and this establishment was extremely obliging in helping them find(and double check!) the right menu selection. The food and ambience was excellent!

When I call in for a to go order it takes forever for someone to pick up the phone and half the time they act like your bothering them today I tried and was on hold for over 15 minutes so I hung up .

The food has seriously gone downhill. Our salad was old looking, and a little wilted, the bread sticks tasted old as well. Our waitress, Jasmine, was great. She took our order and came back multiple times.

My husband and I had dinner at Olive Garden on 07/12, and we were absolutely blown away by the exceptional service we received from our server, Johnathan. Over the years, we’ve dined at countless Olive Garden locations all across the country, but nothing has ever compared to the experience we had that evening.

Johnathan went above and beyond in every way, attentive, friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He didn’t just meet expectations; he exceeded them by miles. His attention to detail and warm demeanor elevated our entire meal and made us feel like honored guests rather than just another table.

We can confidently say this was not only the best service we’ve ever received at any Olive Garden, but perhaps the best service we’ve ever had at any restaurant, period. If you're lucky enough to be seated in Johnathan’s section, trust me, you're in for a truly top-tier dining experience. Olive Garden is fortunate to have such a gem on their team! I ordered from this place a week ago. When I received my order, I noticed the chicken hadn’t been cooked thoroughly. I call in an order today to place a new order adding that if they could fully cook the order so that the meat isn’t not fully cooked and she decides to hang up in my face. Very rude and very.

The manager Lily did come out very professional and cleared the air but definitely not appreciative of the previous disrespect.
