I just placed my first order tonight. I am still eating the pizza as I am writing this. I have eaten many a pizza here in Portland but rarely am I floored by the quality of it. Everything about this pizza is superb, the flavors are balanced perfectly, It's not too greasy its not too dry. Its crispy yet fluffy, sweet yet savory. I challenge anyone to do a better job with the materials and tools presented. So many hole in the wall pizza joints here in the city but I think its...
