This was the third time I ordered crayfish for my annual party in San Diego from OM. Again, crayfish arrived on the morning plane from Portland, packed with ice. The crayfish were slightly bigger this year than a year before. In my box of 25 pounds, I found only 9 dead ones, which is a very small percent. Overall, very happy with the quality of crayfish, as well as service from OM. Highly recommend.

Super disappointed. They came recommended from another Seafood company for crawfish. We called ahead to make sure they had a certain amount needed for an event we were catering told them we were making the 2 hour drive. The guy that answered said yes they would have it by noon. Only to get there and they sold it all! They then finally told us they had another shipment coming in at 2pm. Which would now make us late for our event catering. So while waiting were told we needed to wait outside in the 90° weather rudely to wait for the next shipment to come in hopefully by 2pm. (Which didn't sound promising) Ended up leaving empty handed, late for event, and a lot of wasted time and fuel. Won't be recommending.

THE place for larger meaty Manila clams, oysters and fresh Live crawfish. Service is friendly and no nonsense. You can take your time and shop without someone hassling you. Fresh every time!

Went in looking for a female lobster. The young guy behind the counter was very and I mean very rude. He said he nor the lady knew how to tell. I had my wife on the phone and told him she could explain. He said rudely you tell the woman. I asked if she spoke English and he answered rudely again NO I can't help you. Just does not belong in customer service. I think his attitude went beyond normal bad customer service.

We went in today to buy some crabs and lobsters. I seen on the way in to place rats outside next to building. Didnt think much of it. Till we went inside and they came in the out side west doors. They went for the coolers and the fresh water tanks with the live seafood in them. Beware they didnt seem to care. Shop at a cleaner place things these days you would think cleaning would be priority number one.
