Usually, I feel like the best steak is the one I make at home. Well, I was caught by surprise. Outback actually makes a very good sirloin steak. I got it medium rare, and it stayed that way for the whole meal. It had an amazing flavorful outer crust, and it was just delicious. Paired with a fresh side salad, loaded red skin mashed potatoes and coconut shrimp with an orange marmalade sauce, it was a very decent meal. I'd order it again.

Okay we’re not huge fans of Outback but it’s usually an okay place to grab some dinner. Last nights experience made it official, NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Here is our experience……
We arrived about 5:40pm on a Sunday evening. Shocked how slow it was…Now very happy! We were seated and our waiter was there within a minute or two. We ordered a bottle of wine and our steak meals with a salad. Salads came out with in a couple of minutes! WOW, fast!! It was a Wedge Salad DROWNED in dressing…I mean DROWNED!!! Not my taste. Then half way through our salad course our steaks come out!!!! WHAT??? Timing was HORRIBLE….way too fast…and I eat pretty fast usually. Then my husband’s Ribeye was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! Tuff as jerky, dry, flavorless!!!! Never ate another bite of this $40.00 Bone In RIBEYE!!!!!
On the other hand, my Prime Rib was OK, kinda TOO MUCH fat, but cooked to Medium Rare, juicy and tender. Service got THREE STARS because of horrible timing issues.

It's a nice place to go with your family. Pretty clean.
We had lobster and steak and burgers.
Good was ok. Steaks were a bit tough, didn't eat all of it
Lobster was really good.
We spent over 2 hundred for 4 of us which is ok but food should of been better for that price.
Blooming onion and burgers is what I recommend.

Steak is so mid taste extremely bland I don't even want to finish this, thought I'd give this spot a chance again but it never fails. and mashed potatoes aren't thick. Go to outback Vancouver if you want a better experience.

The food was fresh and delicious. It was one of the best dinner salads I have had in a long time.

I typically don’t leave reviews because I think they can swing a businesses ratings unfairly.
That said, tonight was good overall.
However, my kids ordered a drink refill. It was so overly sweet, I took off the lid to give it a stir. There were ants in it.
Now, I’m not the type of person that can’t forgive that!
It was how it was handled that put me off. I told the manager and he just nonchalantly said, ā€œoh weird. Sorry.ā€ I’m not sure what I expected but as a manager myself, that’s a strange way to handle something like that.

It's been a long time since I was at any Outback Steakhouse, but this was the last location I visited with a large family group years ago. It seemed familiar and the food is about the same. We don't recall the Blooming Onion being so peppery/spicy- not the sauce and still good overall.

A bit more attention from our server after the food was dropped off (by someone else) would've been nice, cleaner cloth napkins (layered with lint), and look closer at the utensils- the knife came with cheese baked onto it.

I'm glad this location is still hanging in there with all the growth not far from it.

Went in for lunch and the service and food never disappoints. Wait time I would say was less than 5 min., had a booth option near the bar which was fine. Ordered the Bloomin' Onion which was brought out right away steaming hot with all the sauces. Had a Filet Mignon medium rare and lobster tail which was juicy. I also order takeout which is very fast and courteous. Never had an issue where I was missing utensils, bread, butter, etc.

Food was okay, nothing amazing. We went on a Saturday night around 7 there was no wait and just a few tables had customers. Service wasnt great, and it was definitely slow for not being busy. It took 20 minutes for our waiter to come great us and take our drink order. There are plenty of better places but plenty of worse.

BEST EXPERIENCE AND BEST SERVICE!!!

I haven’t had this great of service in a looooooooong time!! I am amazed! We have a one year old and don’t go out much, but we’ve always wanted to try outback and the blooming onion, so we decided to stop by. As you know dining out with a toddler can be difficult, our server Byron was absolutely amazing! He provided the most amazing service and was on top of bringing us bread for our little guy eagerly awaiting dinner lol he brought us drinks as soon as he saw we needed a refill and was just so so sweet!!! Even brought our little guy fruit with his dinner.

We did not feel stressed or anything and it was the best date dinner we have had in a long time. Every employee was pleasant, especially our server Byron, and the food was so yummy. I would definitely come back, they truly know how to provide good service which makes you enjoy your meal even more. Thank you all!!

In the end they even brought our little guy a little kangaroo toy.

Food really really good, friendly staff and not to critique... Wait.. oh yeah a perfectly measured drink is insulting. Any bartender who has to weigh or measure to the ml for exact recipe... To me means you don't give a damn about your customer base. I get it always adding new specific drinks with specific recipes. But if worth his salt does not need to measure like that, a premixed recipe should be in the cooler. And alcohol added after premix and ice in glass. But a good mixologist is not a good bartender. Why you ask? A good bartender will accidently over pour, and tipped well. A mixologist who went to school to properly measure and mix, worried about every individual drop of alcohol... Kinda kills the feel of the room. The good time, not counting pennies on the floor, meaning not having a good time selling themselves as much as the drinks. I usually enjoyed my jobs. Interacting, why ruin the reason you were in the bar at all. Have an accountant make the drinks. Service great and... Less doughy on my bloomin onion!! Awesome. Oh and the wait staff was good but I prefer female waitresses, as I don't flirt with dudes. Maybe I miss hooters too much
