I don't visit often, but my most recent visit has me wondering why.
The main dish I ordered was unfortunately small. It was very good, but small for the price it held. The sides that came with it were very good, and the bloomin onion that I ordered on the side was enormous and surprisingly delicious.

Quick to get seated. Order got taken within 5 minutes. Everything was going smoothly until it took about 20 minutes to get a water. 10 minutes later to get a refill. Waited an additional hour for the waitress to say the ticket got lost in process. I understand things happen, but the overall service is slow. Plan for atleast 2 hours if you decide on coming here.

Food is good but service is extremely slow. We waited over 45 minutes and had senior citizens in our group so we left and will never be coming back. This restaurant seems like a rudderless ship without a captain/manager

Prime Rid is not available until after 4pm even on weekends, which I find odd for a steakhouse, but the sirloin was good, even though it's a lesser cut of meat

The food is overpriced. Side dishes are add ons and makes it expensive. The seating area is cramped and difficult to sit - I had to wait until the waitress noticed her tray was blocking my seat and it was difficult to get around the table and other guests to use the restroom. Even the server commented sarcastically saying that this was her favorite section. We won’t be going back there, especially not with a large group.
Kid-friendliness: Somewhat kid friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: The area we sat at was not very accessible for non- wheelchair users and would be impossible for a wheelchair user

The service is amazing! There is no room for improvement. They bring you a delicious small fresh loaf of bread with butter to start. The portions (like fries) are much smaller than they used to be. There isn't much choice for changes. For example, if you don't want a different cheese on your salad, that's not an option. Only no cheese or the cheese blend that they serve.

If you've been to an Outback you probably don't need this review. I personally really like this chain. They always deliver a steak cooked the way I like it. My experiences at this location have been numerous and I have always been welcomed warmly and felt "important" to the wait staff. On my last visit it was my birthday and was treated to an ice cream sundae 🥰

Pretty good food for Outback. I would say our server was definitely vocal about not liking his job and was not friendly or enthusiastic. we had to rush to put our orders in and still didn’t get what we ordered.
My expectations were high but it had been over 15 yrs since ai visited any Outback. This occasion was a special mother/daughter date to celebrate my daughter's 49th birthday. The filet mignon was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and the service was attentive and friendly. We'll be back for the big 5-O!

We came in just two of us on a busy night and as expected waited, but soon another group came in, waited and they were then seated first. We were then seated and left at our table with nothing but a be right with you for quite a while. No water nothing so we left.

Bad takeout service. Beware going in with an ethnic name - the manager may tell you you're pronouncing it incorrectly. Crazy place - better food in the area.
