I’m so happy and blessed to live in South Waterfront to experience Ovation. I love the customer service as soon as I walk in the door everyone says hello to me. Then it’s smiles for miles as I place my order. I sit down in some of the most comfortable chairs on the waterfront and suddenly she’s bringing me the most beautiful red cup of my cinnamon latte and soft and squishy veggie biscuit. the chai milkshake with marshmallow whip cream is amazeballs. Also the nitro lavender lemonade is pretty crave worthy. We regularly stopped here after baby classes or OB appointments and it became a regular stop anytime we are close.

I like their lattes (amazing collection).

However, today I ordered a pour over (besides the latte) and the lady who served me made sure I had a bad experience with my coffee. Waited over 10 mins and she finally decided to mention that the machine is not hot yet! Here is the funny part, she brought very hot water in a cup for another machine and poured it in my coffee beans filter at once(the whole process didn’t take a minute), you can imagine the taste.
