Went to The Observatory and ended up here. Great spot
As always love this backside of the observatory
More quiet than resturant side which seems odd
Definitely more dim lit and seems overall more relaxed
Food as always is amazing as well as their drink selection

Have only been blessed with food from here twice, recently with some tomato soup and bread someone dropped off at camp which was really good and about 5 or 6 years ago one of the ladies there hooked me up with an elk burger that was incredible. Makes me happy that I spend time cleaning up the area after all the folks that toss the fast food trash out the door before driving home
Parking: Can be a little tricky as the parking for most businesses in the area is side street parallel. There's a large lot next door for McDonald's but they've been known to tow people, part of the lot is out in front of over and out but I'm not sure if that's McDonald's as well. There is a lot at 81st and Washington at Milwaukee lumber where it's ok to park after 5pm up to around 630am and one across 81st at atc autobody but watch for broken glass in that one esp near Dumpsters

Great customer service. The staff was nice and accommodating which I feel can be hard to find these days. Atmosphere was nice w the lighting. The food and drinks were good and it was quick service. We got the brownie for dessert and it did not disappoint.

Were wanting to sit at The Observatory for my parents 29th anniversary, but it was full, so we were sat in Over & Out in the back. We ended up really digging how it worked out though, because we enjoyed playing pool, and the bar/menu was the same. Food is *always* great. Staff was amazing as always. They even took a picture of all of us outside, which was much appreciated. 5 stars always!
Vegetarian options: Mushroom quinoa burger is a great veggie burger!

Good cocktails and a nice place to relax. Thier cheese platter with bacon skewers is awesome and goes well with the Cumin Centipede cocktail.

The best Happy Hour left in Portland! With a rotating $6 Cocktail of the Day that's always delicious, the menu here is tasty and priced very well! The staff are efficient and attentive.

DELICIOUSCame for my brother in law's birthday after I suggested it. We were only looking for a little cocktail bar to sit and chat at but were treated to amazing service, food, and drinksI was sat in a cozy booth in the back room with a Capricorn, which I highly suggest to anyone with a sweet tooth! The cocktail menu was creative and expansive, I plan to try the Cumin Centipede next time.My sister ordered a Ruby Red Manhattan, and my BIL something orange based, I don't recall. The drinks were complex and easy to sip, and very enjoyable, served quickly even on a busy Friday night. For food we ended up ordering the best pasta I had had in a very long time. Their Chicken meatball linguini was so flavourful and the perfect texture all the way through. I'm always fussy with cream tomato sauces but this one was downright delightful. Creamy, a little bit spicy, and just so so good.My sister ordered the field green salad, which had the best balsamic vinaigrette, the fried shallots were tasty too.BIL ordered the trout, which was also out of this world. It was a sizable portion and came on risotto, the brocolini was a little overbearing in size, but if that's the only thing to complain about then I will come again!!All in all, price wasn't awful, portions were solid, and everything was very tasty.

Came here for the first time today (September 10, 2023). Can't believe I'm just now learning about this place. The atmosphere was good. The bar tenders had good energy and each drink was consistent. May I add, the Burger was amazing too!!! I would come back!!
