Good cocktails and a nice place to relax. Thier cheese platter with bacon skewers is awesome and goes well with the Cumin Centipede cocktail.

The best Happy Hour left in Portland! With a rotating $6 Cocktail of the Day that's always delicious, the menu here is tasty and priced very well! The staff are efficient and attentive.

DELICIOUSCame for my brother in law's birthday after I suggested it. We were only looking for a little cocktail bar to sit and chat at but were treated to amazing service, food, and drinksI was sat in a cozy booth in the back room with a Capricorn, which I highly suggest to anyone with a sweet tooth! The cocktail menu was creative and expansive, I plan to try the Cumin Centipede next time.My sister ordered a Ruby Red Manhattan, and my BIL something orange based, I don't recall. The drinks were complex and easy to sip, and very enjoyable, served quickly even on a busy Friday night. For food we ended up ordering the best pasta I had had in a very long time. Their Chicken meatball linguini was so flavourful and the perfect texture all the way through. I'm always fussy with cream tomato sauces but this one was downright delightful. Creamy, a little bit spicy, and just so so good.My sister ordered the field green salad, which had the best balsamic vinaigrette, the fried shallots were tasty too.BIL ordered the trout, which was also out of this world. It was a sizable portion and came on risotto, the brocolini was a little overbearing in size, but if that's the only thing to complain about then I will come again!!All in all, price wasn't awful, portions were solid, and everything was very tasty.

Came here for the first time today (September 10, 2023). Can't believe I'm just now learning about this place. The atmosphere was good. The bar tenders had good energy and each drink was consistent. May I add, the Burger was amazing too!!! I would come back!!

Man, I used to adore this spot and would come at least one weekend a month. Over the last few years, the service has gone downhill. I have worked customer service, and I understand how soul crushing it can be. The dead-eyed waitress was having such a bad night and clearly did not want to be taking my order so badly that she made me uncomfortable and like I was doing something wrong by existing at her table. I ordered the chicken bacon salad, and it came out...with no chicken. I told someone bossing a table nearby, and they were concerned and offered me three or four options to fix it, and it was overwhelming, man. I was hungry and just wanted to eat dinner, not answer 20 questions. After they fixed my meal, I never saw anyone who worked there again. No one came back to see if everything was okay. Observatory and Over and Out are not bad, but the consistently worse customer service has repelled me over the past few years, and I really don't want to come back.

Been here half a dozen times or more. I always get the mussels Diablo. Super delicious normally. A little less favorable today than normal. Hope it's not a trendParking: Good luck finding a place to park close. Alot of mentally ill homeless wandering the area

This place is 5-Star quality and service. The Idaho Trout was out of this world. A tiny violin started playing in my heart when I took my last bite ☺️

Found this place on a trip down to PDX, and so glad I did. Everything was perfect. New takes on classic dishes done to excellence. Definitely coming back soon.

Above regular Portland gastro pub food. It's kind of a hidden gem.
