We ordered the mushroom and sausage pizza, which the menu clearly states has red sauce. There was no red sauce on the pizza. How do you forget the sauce on pizza? Very strange. We were starving, so we ate it anyway. Probably won’t return.

Very good pizza- whoever makes this pizza put a lot of thought and work into getting the crust just right.I have been a pizza fanatic since college (the only good thing about the midwest is the pizza) and am generally disappointed with most west coast pizzas. The crust is excellent, a great bite, good chew, and not too floppy. We had a pepperoni and a bear spray pizza, the BS was not nearly as hot as I thought it would be, but very tasty and the pepperoni was super solid. Our pies were delivered (doordash) and likely an hour old, but the crust was still very good when reheated (Doordash delivered it room temp) on our baking steel. The cheese bread was very, very good- basically it was a Detroit style crust with lots of cheese on it and cooked to perfection. This is the best pizza I have had (I still need to hit Pizza Thief) in Portland, and I have tried pretty much all of them.Well done Pacific Crust Pizza.

I was working GrubHub and got sent here. Don't normally eat on the job like that but it was going to be 20 mins (not unusual on a Friday night) and I was soooo hungry. Was just expecting a run of the mill pepperoni slice but honestly it was maybe the best one I've had in my year here so far. Can't decide which element ruled hardest, gonna go with the robust, comforting sauce. On top of that, the people working back there were incredibly gracious in the thick of it.

I'm from California, came for vacation, went to this place for lunch, this pizza is the best, and the service remarkable

Pretty good pizza. The crust was crispy and it was kinda salty but in a good way.

Will not return here . When we arrived yesterday there was only one person in the restaurant eating . Ordered are pizza and bread sticks was told 15 minutes. But no we wait 50 minutes are pizza was siting in the warmer for over 30 minutes while they waited on are bread sticks . Complete waste of $48 . Pizza was so chewy and nasty we didn’t even eat it left it in are hotel room garbage where it belongs . Feel ripped off thanks for wasting are time and money

I loved it. The pizza was thin and crusty just like a real Italian pizza.

Convenient online ordering but the timing was a bit off. Showed up at my appointed time but found that they hadn't started my food yet and I ended up waiting an extra 12-15 minutes for my takeout order. The kids that work here are a bit indifferent but hey this is a pizza place. I get it. The store's set up also works against the staff as it seems that the finished pizzas get stored in the far rear of the store while the folks working the counter are up front. They don't actually know when the pizzas are done and, though the staff knew I was waiting, by the time I got my pie, it was just kind of warm. My cheese pizza + mushrooms + arugula was fine. I liked the char on the crust. The pizza is a bit pricey but good. Probably a lot better when hot, I'm sure. :(

Super friendly service and delicious pizza! This is an order at the counter place... and then the food us brought to your (inside or outside) table. Nothing fancy... but a solid pizza experience! We shared a small cheese pie... and it was the perfect size for two of us. Perfect thin (think NY style) crust that was toothsome and flavorful... with just the right amounts of sauce and cheese. Spiced just right too! And the s'mores brownies (like a brownie cupcake topped with toasted marshmallow and a piece of graham cracker) were the perfect ending to a great meal!

Used to be a great spot, loved stopping in for a slice on lunch but this place has fallen off. $4.50 for a mediocre slice of cheese now? Lost my continued business that's for sure. Lots of other places that won't bend you over for a slice to go. Sad this'll be my last from this place. Strongly recommend Hot Lips, Pizzicato, or Sizzle Pie as an alternative. Better prices and quality IMO. I'll be checking back here and there to see if prices come back down/quality back up but I doubt it.

Cheesey bread is great. But ranch dressing is a dollar for a 2 oz serving. Unfortunately the pizza didn't live up to my expectations.

Called in an order for pick up and paying with an IRC-NW gift card. Good to use a at any location and any restaurant under their umbrella. I drove across town on the pouring rain to hear that they do not accept gift cards. spoke with the operating manager. he has a terrible attitude and seemed not concerned with losing a first time customer. It was a simple cheese pizza. Will not be going to here EVER!

Came here for pizza week and will never be coming back. While I was waiting to be helped at the counter, an homeless person came in and got in line to order. As he was counting his cash, not bothering anyone and being completely cordial, I offered to buy him his pizza. As he thanked me, the person working the counter finally greeted us and asked for our order. I ordered my two slices and a hard cider. The server puts the order in, and I tell them I am also buying his dinner, turn to him and ask what he wants. He orders two slices and a beer as well, after I reassured him he can have what ever drink he wants. INSTANTLY the sever asks him "Do you have an ID I can see?". He didn't and therefore was not able to be served. After he orders a Coke, she turns back to me and gives me my total. I look at her, a little confused because this man easily looks 15 years older than me, and ask "do you not need to see my ID as well?" She looks a little flustered and says of course she does. Having an ID is a privilege that a lot of people don't have, and discriminating based on wealth and class is not a good look. Had they asked for my ID when I ordered my drink or he had been obviously intoxicated, I wouldn't be so off put by them, but he wasn't and they knew that asking for an ID would stop him from getting a beer (a pub beer btw which is basically water). OH and their pizza wasn't good. Tiny, bland slices. Save your money and support a different pizza week spot.

We ordered two pizzas tonight, both of which were absolutely delicious! We went with a simple cheese pie and a "build your own with green sauce," simply adding fresh mozzarella. The crust was spectacularly thin with just the right amount of chew and texture. The sauces were tasty. While they were a little pricey, neither pizza was any more expensive than most good pizza joints around here. The restaurant is next door and/or attached to the Hotel Lucia. The girl running the cash register was not very friendly, but I was just picking up a to-go order and didn't have to interact with her much. I downloaded the free app Pacific Crust has, as they suggest. This made ordering super easy (you can even request a particular time you want your order ready). Our pizzas were ready about 15 minutes after I submitted my order via the app. Overall, we were pleased with the pizza and I'd definitely return when visiting Portland again. (Bonus that they're open late!)
