If I could give Paladin 13 stars, I would. This is a hidden gem that embodies everything wonderful about food: flavor, comfort, community, and love. The people behind it are warm and friendly and it’s located in a perfect spot for rain or shine. This is by far the best pizza I’ve eaten in Portland, and I deeply loooove pizza. Big time crust girl over here and this one’s perfect, folks. Run, do not walk, to taste for yourself and support the kind of people who keep Portland’s food world so vibrant and sweet.

We got a pepperoni, some crazy one with squash, and the Chaotic Good with the pineapple and pep and jalapeño. Super freaking good, lovely crispy crust with some char on the outside, airy and fluffy and soft inside, super fresh toppings. It’s a good pizza. Big and filling too for our crew. We did takeout, they were fast. Will eat again.
Vegetarian options: All sorts of veg options that rotate regularly!
(4.3/5) I am absolutely a sucker for wood fired pizza and this food cart is no exception. I've had it a couple times now and has consistently been one of the best pizza joints in Portland. I've also tried the vegan pizza as well and it is also some of the best in the city.
I would recommend ordering ahead to avoid a 15-20 minute wait but you can also easily go next door and have a beer while you wait.
