Paladin, the neighborhood wood fire pizza food cart of my dreams, has amazing crust, always delicious pizza cooked to perfection in a wood fire oven, and the nicest customer service. Dev greets me by first name every time, making my dining experience truly special. I love this place!

We are visiting from out of town, and decided to try this place. The pizza was delicious the Druid was our favorite, (but everything we had was yummy). The guy that served us was also amazing, very friendly and helpful, he even gave us some more local recommendations for during our stay.

WOW!! I got the Druid and it’s the most flavorful thing I’ve ever tasted. I’ve never had mushrooms this good! Honestly lately I’ve found so many mushroom dishes to be bland but this has me falling in love with them again. I was a little nervous about the price, but it really felt totally worth it with how much is in a full pie and the absolute heaven it is. Also the employees were so friendly. You know sometimes you go to a food truck and you feel like you need to apologize...
