The food was delicious. Ordered Ube pancakes, lumpia, eggplant silog, tocino silog. I felt like we were forgotten because even after our take away boxes were delivered, we sat for about 45 min and no one came to check on us or give us our check, so we ended up going to the front to pay.
I've been following the opening of Pamana through Instagram after being a fan of Baon Kainan food cart. Today we finally tried the brunch, and the food was excellent! Ethan and Geri have curated a cozy, comfort food menu. The pancakes with ube crème anglaise have a nice chew with the mochi flour. The Manok Sando - fried chicken thigh - had a great batter with a very tasty adobo gravy... and order the fried potatoes as a side. And of course, order the Pork Belly Tocino because the Leungs = Filipino cuisine = always order the pork belly. Delicious.
We were super excited to have legit Filipino brunch and Pamana did not disappoint! Definitely recommend the pancakes with the ube crème fraiche and the pork belly tocino. Can't wait to go back again 🤤
Went here for dinner, food was very disappointing, we all ordered different entrees and nothing was good - one was bland noodles or cold dumplings or overcooked burger and beef. Would go elsewhere for dinner
Service was all over the place. Appetizers came out as soon as we ordered drinks. Drinks didn't arrive until the main course. The chicken was dry and flavorless. No explanation of the food as it was dropped off. Had to wave down servers multiple times for additional drinks and other things we needed. None of the dishes really stood out. The food was just average.
Great food and service. The pancit and lumpia were perfect! Could use a rug refresh as they were pretty threadbare.
Excellent energy inside this beautiful restaurant! Great service and delicious......or should I say masarap Filipino food.

I can't get enough of Pamana. I've returned three times since my first visit a month ago and tried something new everytime.(always in addition to the pancakes, of course.) I have enjoyed every single bite of everything I've had. Every visit is somehow better than the last! The staff is very friendly and attentive, the vibes are immaculate. I'm in love with this place.
So glad to have found PAMANA! We love Filipino food and theirs has a special twist! Even the class pancit had something new to offer. The pandasal is soft and tasty. The ube dessert was yummy. The ambiance was so classy and cozy. 5 Stars!

It’s hard to find a good Filipino restaurant in Portland and so we were delighted to find this gem. We had the bistek, ube pancake and turon french toast . Everything was great but my favorite was definitely the french toast. Staff were nice and attentive, and the ambience was relaxing. The fact that it’s inside a hotel it doesn’t feel like your typical restaurant. We truly enjoyed our breakfast and will definitely come back.

I loved this experience, it was my first Kamayan and if they hold this event in the future I will definitely be there. The food was incredible, the staff was amazing, the space was lovely, and the atmosphere was 10/10. I loved every minute. Highly recommend.
We ordered pandesal with both the butters, ube pancakes, lumpia, longanisa sando, bistec and egg, and calamansi soda.
Everything was so good! Our host and server were very friendly and nice. We had a baby with us and they provided a highchair for him.
We would definitely come back here!
