The managers here don’t seem to know how to fill a container, they gyp you food. The other employees are absolutely spectacular!
EDIT: I changed my review from a two to one star. They must pay attention to reviews, since after I reviewed it with two stars, the amount of food that I get now has gone dramatically down.

Panda Express is meant to be enjoyed in person or to be taken out. Stop being lazy using the order delivery apps. Also, if you don’t like the portion size, then mention it when you’re there. Don’t wait until you leave then jump on your phone or keyboard to complain. These people work hard in food service. Show some respect or cook your own food.

The homeless situation here is crazy. The staff are nice and doing what they can but are overwhelmed by BS.

Usually great here, we love it. But Maria was dismissive talking to her co worker when we walked in and wouldn’t acknowledge us. So I coughed to get her attention, and she proceeded to give us by far the smallest spoon fulls of our food I’ve ever got at panda. My girlfriend who isn’t a complainer at all even mentioned it. This Panda Express is great other than this unfortunate experience

Just because I arrived at 9:30pm 30 minutes before closing the people in the kitchens started making comments like they shouldn't come in and started complaining and making comments just because maybe they are already tired from working, it was very upsetting because you expect the place to serve you well and make you feel welcome. Employees should be more discreet if they are already tired of working! Or at least cautious with your comments because they make you have a hard time as a customer 👎👎

I made an online order. I have some serious medical issues. They nailed the teriyaki chicken and rice 2 days in a row on the bigger plate. Thank you so much. I have surgery pending and this is gonna be one of the ways I heal to get the protien I need.
Staff are incompetent, don’t understand what customer service is or how to cook food and idly work at a “reaturant” We placed a delivery order and get all the wrong items. Call and staff is not helpful, food is either soggy from being soaked in oil, or cold from sitting beyond a reasonable time.

I ordered pick-up via DoorDash. Because I had a credit with them. & discount for being new customer. They were QUICK to put together my order, BEFORE the estimate FROM Panda Express. If you do DoorDash pick-up, know that app DOESN'T let you know IF it'd READY EARLY/BEFORE time!
Vegetarian options: It's only the greens, which is brocolli, kale, etc. The chow mein & fried rice with vegetable pieces in them. & the spring rolls & cheese rangoons. Everything else has chicken, beef, or shrimp. I'm not strict, so I eat the chicken with the mushrooms. And in the Kung Pow, which has bell peppers & squash, which is SO delicious! Those are the 2 dishes with the most vegetables anyway!! So, I usually get those!! But, they have the greens now!
Parking: Shares LARGE parking lot with Fred Meyer.

I ordered big plate and 5 chili sauces and 4 teriyaki sauces and they send me small plate 1 chili sauce and 1 teriyaki sauce. They don’t know how to follow direction. Dont order from here
