Panda Express was great. I know they receive all their food fresh daily and it's all cut and prepared for freshness for the day their prices don't have tariffs added to them so I think it's a great deal. thank you Panda Express for the fresh food and not taking advantage of hard-working people. more companies should be like you

The only reason to order Panda Express compared to other chinese places is you get a lot of food for the price. Not anymore, apparently! Ordered through uber and the amount of food I got in my bowls was pathetic. Never ordering from again.

On a busy street and in a Fred Meyer parking lot so parking can suck, but this location serves up some of Panda's offerings a bit better than others. Staff is friendly and happy to cater to you if you need a large order!

Portion sizes have gotten smaller I got a bowl for my son the lady didn’t put enough chew mien noodles and gave him only 4pc off orange chicken. It looks like half a bowl. I’m not going to be eating panda after this. My kid was still hungry afterwards. The purpose of eating out was to not cook at home.

Next part is a bit personal and a bit tmi, but:

I had to use the bathroom after my meal, and it was taking a bit longer than usual. One of the employees knocks on the door and tells me I have three minutes to get out. I'm sorry I'm taking a while, but you don't need to be rude like that. I told the manager and he said the guy was trying to get in there to clean it, which I can understand but you don't kick someone out of the bathroom. Just awkward all around.

My food was not picked up by delivery person so grub hub was kind enough to reorder for me. Panda said they would remake the order so it would be fresh and hot. Well they didn't. Food was cold and old! Don't trust what they say. Done with Panda!

Jack is one of the worst employees I have ever seen. Panda express needs to fire him. He is the slowest cashier in the world and doesn’t even look behind him for the pick up orders that are on the shelf ready to go and there is multiple customers waiting in front of the cashier just to pick up their order that has already been paid for and made. This guy works like he has no clue what’s going on…

If you are a rideshare delivery driver, expect the worst partner experience in Portland.

The store is in a “prime location” so is constantly dealing with panhandlers, crime, and vandalism. As such, delivery partners are treated more like cattle than human beings when there.

Expect other drivers to get confused, cut in line ahead of you, and hold up the line after they have been helped. Expect disgruntled employees to also get confused and lose your order, which has happened to me twice there.

Of all of the employees there, only one consistently delivers, promptly, and with a smile; the rest are miserable and, therefore, inefficient.
