Walked in today to get dinner, waiting in line for my turn and while I’m waiting, I look at one of the workers serving the food and he has blue gloves on and he takes out Carmex from his pocket and puts it on his gloved fingers and wipes it all over his lips and then with no hesitation starts serving the next order. Didn’t change gloves, didn’t wash his hands, nothing. Very disappointing to see. He was very young, probably his first job but still unacceptable. Do better Panda!

I was a bit disappointed with the quality of my experience. I used to work at panda and know the expectation but the sesame chicken was so old to the point where I didn't even eat it. I only eat my other entree which was good but the honey sesame the chicken was mushy (you can tell it was sitting there for a while) and the string beans were all wrinkly and old. The girl with the eyelash extension didn't have a name tag so I couldn't get her name, but very dismissive no greeting no thank you, when I asked for a small water cup she put it face down on the counter which to me how hard is it to give it facing up where it isn't touching the dirty surfaces .

Came to panda express in Peter port and they were rude about a coupon in their app. I scanned it, at their request, three times and they say I’ve already used the code. Of course, they had me scan it multiple times. I asked them to override the Error, and they flat out said no. Very poor customer service! I have overlooked their unpleasant attitude on past visits but now with this, I won’t be eating there again

This place went downhill fast. The food is always half out. Almost every order takes 5-15mins to make because they're always out of the food choices. They always estimate wait to be to 1/3 of actual wait time. Food is starting to become undercooked or under-flavored when they rush out refills from the kitchen.
Time to switch b to someplace else.
