Came to panda express in Peter port and they were rude about a coupon in their app. I scanned it, at their request, three times and they say I’ve already used the code. Of course, they had me scan it multiple times. I asked them to override the Error, and they flat out said no. Very poor customer service! I have overlooked their unpleasant attitude on past visits but now with this, I won’t be eating there again

This place went downhill fast. The food is always half out. Almost every order takes 5-15mins to make because they're always out of the food choices. They always estimate wait to be to 1/3 of actual wait time. Food is starting to become undercooked or under-flavored when they rush out refills from the kitchen.

Time to switch b to someplace else.

I have not experienced anything as bad as some of the other comments but I have only been during lunch hours and for the most part it was an overall average experience and although it an average priced place I have been to other locations where the food was always hot and fresh and the staff was aware of things like the length of the line and when areas needed to be cleaned and they were on top of it. AVERAGE EXPERIENCE!

Parking: Fairly large as it is in a shopping center with many other restaurants and stores. Now I'm not sure if rite aid has the rights to most of the open lot parking that's not directly in front and to the side of the actually restaurant but I've never been towed or asked to move when parked anywhere in the lot.

Absolutely incompetent staff. Sam, Sang, Yohanna -- None kn ow how to operate a register, none know the basics of customer service, or prioritization.

I tried this location three times this week, each having a problem and trying to come back to let them redeem themselves but this location is absolute garbage to the core. Drive the extra time to literally any other Panda in the metro.

Made an order online and it took me 15 min to get there. Waited another 30 minutes and finally asked what was taking so long. Was told only chef could cook certain food and the chef wasn't there. I get the chef needs a break but they should have a better system when their food runs out. No explanations unless asked and of course no apologies. Their food definitely not worth 45 minute wait.

Panda is amazing! Fresh fast food with low calorie options and options with lots of veggies. Service is quick and the food is extremely affordable. Best fast food, period!

I placed 2 mobile order online! my birthday gift coupon , small à la cart meat and the plate got to the store and they told me the order had been canceled! I did not cancel my order so I wasted my whole lunch break. Going up there to figure out that. My second order was egg roll and lg soda… egg roll was overcooked and old, Never will I go back! I even called first because I forgot to put my pickup time the same as the other order, I asked if they could be put together and the guy confirmed with me and said ok! The guy who helped me tried looking it up but the girl was not helpful had no customer skills!!! Again NEVER GOING BACK

Employees don’t want to work had to wait 20 minutes after ordering online 10 minutes before waiting. Food was old, found a hair in it and order was incorrect. Most times I come here the food is old or undercooked and constant employee problems when it not even busy, they rather chat with each other. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!
