I ended going to panda after shopping for errands and I saw a someone who I don’t know which is the manger or not but her name is Brooklyn with light brown hair bun and she was possibly white but being rude and unprofessional to another employee Karla or Kayla, yelling at her infront of people and talking about her employee, to other employees which I find odd to see from a manger if she is one. and it was so sad to see what kind of management or team member was representing Panda Express. Very disappointed, and seeing another person yell at her saying something quite like “don’t ever come back” for everyone to hear and everyone to see and I did not get end up getting her name quite frankly. I expected better than this !

The Beyond Orange Chicken is awesome! Would be 5/5 but it's a limited time menu item which is a total bummer - hoping it becomes a standard item. Crystalyn was also great - super friendly and very helpful

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I found a long hair in my food, which was both unhygienic and off-putting. When I brought it to their attention, they only offered to replace the item instead of refunding my money, which I felt was the bare minimum they could have done. The lack of proper resolution and accountability was disappointing. I will not be returning.

This is probably the worst location I have been to as far as it goes with the customer service. My husband and I usually come here once or twice a week because we work close by. The older lady that works at this location is just rude. Never smiles. When you ask a question, she responds pretty rudely. I would think when you have a regular customer you would be little nicer. She just seems like she is dead inside. I always feel uncomfortable asking her questions. Customer service is very important to us and that is why I'm giving 1 star for service. Food is okay, but it all depends on who makes it that week. It's not always consistent, but it's okayish. Not a lot of other food options that we like that are close by, that's why we come here, otherwise, we wouldn't. Some people have no idea how much they can affect business..
