I do not expect much of Panda Express. It is fast food Chinese that has been over-sweetened to accommodate the taste of Canadians and Americans. But it has always had a reputation for freshness. Not so last evening.
I told the young woman who politely greeted me that I wanted something spicy, but not sweet. To give her some context, I told her I did not want anything sweet like the orange chicken. I saw a shrimp, beef, and green bean concoction that was obviously spicy with the number of visible dried peppers. She assured me it was not sweet.
She was wrong. It was almost as sweet as the orange chicken. What was more disappointing is that it did not have the freshness that is the cornerstone of Panda Express's reputation. All of the main dishes appeared to be dried-out under the heat lamps. They were not appreciably different from the canned options at the Safeway deli.
It was not because they were sitting there for a long time. The outlet was crowded with Christmas shoppers making the tiny seating area feel like a coffee shop at the Greyhound depot.
The experience was underwhelming enough that I cannot imagine any circumstances that would allow for a return visit.

Did a mobile delivery from this location for a plate with orange chicken, chow mein, and teriyaki chicken. Not only was the food cold upon arrival, the person preparing it didn't put any teriyaki chicken in. Called twice to the store to see about correcting this and both times nobody answered.

We’re regular panda customers, so we know the flavors. Today, things were a bit over cooked and my large chicken had a hot spice added to it (not appropriated). All in all, it’s a Pandas!

During the middle of placing an order today a Hispanic man (maybe manager?) walks out of the back and told the Asian women helping me to instead help what looked like a pickup order that had just walked in.
The Panda express worker walked away while I was mid sentence to help the newcomer.
I walked out due to the rudeness and would recommend others avoid thus dump.

I haven’t tried to the food but based on what I’m seeing the people the workers I’m giving this review five stars as I previously left a bad one at another panda location also I watched as this location is making sure the meat is not undercooked raw as one employee took it off an old Chinese guy said hey that’s still undercooked and put it back on the grill so be careful at some of these pandas I stop buying from one in Gresham burnside and the one mall 205 meat undercooked and employees are horrible but this location is ok

We’ve always loved Panda Express as a family, and it’s usually one of our favorite spots for any meal.
However, during our visit tonight, our 4-year-old daughter — who loves the beef and broccoli — spat out a piece of broccoli that had a large black spot on it. When I checked, it looked and tasted like wet dirt. I brought it to the attention of one of the employees, who told me it was just a charred or burnt mark. I explained that it definitely wasn’t, as I even tasted it myself, but he continued to insist it was burnt. At that point, I decided to walk away.
It was disappointing, especially since we usually have great experiences at other locations.
They’re scared to help you or something lol nobody wanna make eye contact to help me 😂😂
The manager Sandy has a very bad attitude and there is absolutely no food. 45 minutes late.
After my delivery order showed up i was disappointed with 90%of my chow mein noodles was just onions and for it being a bigger plate order made it worse. As there wasn't even enough noddles in the chow mein for 1 serving. The chicken and egg rolls were good though. And zero complaints from my dogs about their broccoli & beef.

The Orange Chicken was dry and didn’t taste fresh, very disappointing.
Came here to grab lunch after getting some furnitures at IKEA. I had a really great experience at this Panda Express! The food was fresh and tasty, and the store was really clean. Also, the manager, Sandy was awesome! She was super friendly and was really patient with explaining the items they offer. You can tell she cares about her customers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Sandy, the “manager” as name tag says. Is absolutely rude. Seems completely put out to do her job. Unprofessional, threw food into bag after we said food was for here. There was no one here so can’t use they were busy as an excuse for her behavior. After this experience I can see why no one was here, I will never come back here. I really hope that management above her does something about it. Especially since this is not the first review about their attitude at this location.

The food is good but the service is bad. The team lead and staff are rude. She yelled when my wife try to ask the number for restroom. The server clean up the table and slam the chair very hard. I almost choke on the food. Never come to this Panda anymore.
