Panda Express

Apparently people can't read at this location. I ordered a bowl with honey sesame chicken but they gave me the honey walnut instead. Ordered orange chicken and Kung pow chicken on another plate and who knows what the heck they gave me but it certainly wasn't those.

I made an online order. It says my order is ready when I went to pick it up. The order was not there. I waited twenty minutes after for nothing. The cashier was named David at Washington square mall. He was very rude with me and I was not happy with the way he deals with me. The cashier person ignored me and keeps checking others behind me as I am not a customer. I felt disrespected by him. I personally will avoid Panda Express. The worst experience ever.

After asking Brenda the manager for a refund due to my food having hair in it which looked like it was hers. didn’t want to give me a refund for no exact reason never going back!

Horrible service. I was waiting in the line for a fountain drink and the worker ignored me. She proceeded to talk to 3 other girls who were also standing around. When I asked for a drink she gave me an attitude and threw my receipt at me. She had a horrible attitude and besides that, they were just standing around. Not a single person asking if I needed something.

Sprite tasted like water and was the worst drink ever and the chicken was raw and undercooked food made me throw up and fortune cookies were like bricks.

I ordered a side of chow mein through the Uber eats app. I ordered it 20 minutes ahead of time, I show up and they proceed to ignore for next 10 minutes. Like I was trying to talk them and they just strongly avoided looking at me. When i arrived I was the first person at the pickup line and 2 people were there to order. They helped the 2 people there which is fine, they then asked pickup order for x? I said yes. Then 2 other delivery people came and they both were helped first. And I don’t mean that those orders were ready first, they weren’t, they had to sit there and package all of them right there. By then a line had built up of new people ordering and they ignored me for them. FINALLY I get my order… and it’s wrong. They gave me rice. Idk I just wanted a small side for my lunch (I’m poor and work in the mall) and not only did I end up with no time to eat it, I didn’t even get what I wanted. I actually want to cry. Terrible service. Absolutely terrrible.

I have ordered from them numerous times, and numerous times, if you order a LARGE thing of Cheese Rangoons, your gonna get a small, and now they are not even making the food correctly, ordered Bejin beef and orange chicken, and got some steak with mushroom something or another instead.... Sticker says the items correctly, but then is a smaller thing of Rangoons...
