went here couple months back when i wanted something quick to eat. i asked if they still had the spicy orange chicken, and the employee pulls out an old to go container (looked like her old lunch maybe) and she poured her old spicy COLD orange chicken into my bowl. i didn’t really mind at first until i actually sat down and thought about it. but anyway, really gross and not cool on her end.

Lady with the glasses needs to be let go because what in the world is that attitude? I tried to be as polite as possible even when she was being EXTREMELY difficult from the get go so I ended up just stopping her in her tracks and walking off to eat somewhere else instead. I get that you’re miserable with your life and your job but there’s really no need to take it out on random strangers.

MAIRA IS RUDE. Witnessed her shouting a kid. Like why does she work here? Obviously she hates her job. And the serving here is so little, ordered shrimp walnut and only gave me 5 pcs????

I was given nothing but the worst service at this establishment, first I didn’t get what I ordered. I had ordered the orange chicken, the male tiny boy worker misheard me and gave me something else, I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it so I had just agreed that i’ll just eat what I have. Then when paying, The woman behind the register asked what it was that I ordered, ofcourse I had no idea what it was so I said “i’m not sure “, she turned to ask the boy and he gave a sassy attitude and said “he’s the one that ordered it “. The biggest ick ever. If you get easily embarrassed, shy, and or socially anxious I recommend not going here
The customer service is horrible at this location. I order food for my family member. They said teriyaki chicken would be 12 minutes. No problem. I waited over 12 minutes before I went up to ask if the two item entree was ready for pickup . The girl looked at me, said nothing, walked over to the cooks said something, they all looked at and laughed. Which I found strange, because when I placed the order the girl was quite friendly. The girl that was not there, when I placed the order with glasses was back and snapped. It'll be another 10 to 12 minutes for the teriyaki chicken. I was like okay. Went back and waited. As the teriyaki chicken comes out. They're serving all the doordash people, and ignoring the order all together.
when I went back over there with my receipt to show I've been waiting for almost 30 minutes. The girl snapped at me that the chow mein won't be ready for another 10 minutes. The chow mein was loaded at the time.
The only time their attitude change is when I asked for a refund to go somewhere else in the mall to eat. They denied the refund and proceeded to load the teriyaki chicken into the togo box, and then offer me free items which I declined. Walked away with no chow mein. I will never come back to this location. Awful experience. Save your money and goes elsewhere they have integrity in their service.

Panda Express is a great and affordable restaurant. They give good food portions at a fair price. Will come back.

The service at this Panda Express in the mall is excellent! I would give more stars if I could. I work in the mall and ordered on the website for my lunch. I messed up though and ordered from a different store. The person who spoke with me about the situation called the store I accidentally ordered from and asked them to cancel the order for me, which they did. Above and beyond! Also, the other 3 people I interacted with had smiles on their faces and were very polite. I love Panda Express' food, but I will return more often now because of the top notch service.

pretty insane that this place will leave things out of a doordash order and when you call and ask about the missing item, they proceed to hang up on you and ignore any other calls. i had to go to the grocery store and BUY a replace for what was missing. from our dinner, thus defeating the entire purpose of ordering delivery in the first place. i will be making a complaint to corporate, not because of what was missing but because of the garbage customer service from this store.

Apparently people can't read at this location. I ordered a bowl with honey sesame chicken but they gave me the honey walnut instead. Ordered orange chicken and Kung pow chicken on another plate and who knows what the heck they gave me but it certainly wasn't those.

I made an online order. It says my order is ready when I went to pick it up. The order was not there. I waited twenty minutes after for nothing. The cashier was named David at Washington square mall. He was very rude with me and I was not happy with the way he deals with me. The cashier person ignored me and keeps checking others behind me as I am not a customer. I felt disrespected by him. I personally will avoid Panda Express. The worst experience ever.
After asking Brenda the manager for a refund due to my food having hair in it which looked like it was hers. didn’t want to give me a refund for no exact reason never going back!
