They only use door dash drivers and those drivers are horrific. Can’t find any location, often don’t speak any English, and food is cold because they stack upwards of 5 orders. Just avoid

I usually enjoy Papa John’s pizza, but the Murray Blvd location in Beaverton keeps disappointing me. The pizza itself is great—I ordered a large meat-stuffed pizza for about $16—but the experience went downhill fast when I had to practically bargain just to get a few packets of Parmesan cheese.
I asked for Parmesan, and the worker handed me only two packets. When I politely asked for more, he gave one. I asked again, just one more. Four packets total for a large pizza with eight slices. That’s ridiculous. Every other pizza place gladly gives you enough Parmesan and red pepper flakes without a fight.
This is actually the second time this has happened at this location, so it doesn’t feel like an accident. It’s almost like the staff are being told not to hand out complimentary packets. I shouldn’t have to haggle over Parmesan on a $15 pizza. Great pizza, but terrible customer service here. Won’t be coming back to this location.

The chicken wings were actually just chicken nuggets and barely any bbq sauce - Very weird. The pizza was ok but a little overcooked and wasn't much better than frozen pizza. This was picked up today 6/19 at 4 pm

I've been ordering here for 10 years and I do carry out. My pizzas are made correctly and I've never had an issue here. The pizzas are made pretty quickly too.

Got there when my order was supposed to be ready - after arriving and telling them the name on the order, I stood there for 20+ minutes for them to prepare it, only for them to pull it off a shelf after all that time. I guess it was actually ready when I got there. They also forgot all of the extra seasonings and whatnot that I ordered. The food itself was average for a Papa John’s.

They have people that don’t deliver the whole order and demand the money for it. Worst place to order from. They also don’t speak English the drivers.
Waited 10+ minutes for an order that was scheduled to be ready before arrival. Over half the order was wrong. Brought the pizza back to receive the correct order - TERRIBLE service. No apology, no empathy. The person behind the counter was extremely rude. When he took back the incorrect pizza (which was clearly taken out of the restaurant by me, opened in my car, and brought back), he put it back on the shelf with the other to-go orders, as if he's going to give that pizza to the correct customer. DISGUSTING. Will be following up with the health department tomorrow. Terrible service and unsafe food handling.

I wanted to love this place because years ago they had pretty decent pizza, and I was getting sick and tired of eating Domino's so I decided to try out Papa john's, I was Heavenly disappointed because her pizza with the equivalency of Little Caesars Pizza common unfortunately I won't be eating here again because the pizza is mediocre at best and it's not worth the money or the time to drive to pick up your pizza or have it delivered. The one thing I can say is that if you order is over $45 you get free delivery which is a plus since a lot of the other pizza chains are not offering that and they're outrageously, expecting to pay $8 for a delivery and then also expecting you to tip their driver which I think is ridiculous. But if you're looking for a good pizza, I suggest you do a search, 1 pizza place that I discovered that's really good is Abby's pizza, but unfortunately they're only located in Newberg or Oregon City.
