They don’t give divers delivery fee they get $1.50 per order they take out plus tip it should be at least $.60 per mile

Just ordered a meat lovers stuffed crust and it half of it came with no cheese .....definitely not happy and won't be ordering from there again!

The management here must be horrible because this was one of the worst experiences of my life. I've never felt so disrespected and this was enough to swear me off of all Papa Johns. Bad food, bad people, and just so terribly dirty.

I was homeless and freezing to death and they let me shelter temporarily. Someone even bought me food until I was asked to leave. I am very grateful to the staff, who saved my life.

Crazy this has never happened to me but it happened: a female delivery driver with wild eyes ate some of the food! The carton was obviously opened at one corner. It was so weird. She had delivered to my home before with zero issues.

Ordered the meats pizza with my pregnant wife visiting Portland for a hospital visit out of town and literally the meat on the pizza smelt and tasted rotten. I didn’t listen to the nasty reviews. Absolutely don’t come here.

Order extra meat on my pizza through Uber-eat, I did not get what I ordered. I GOT CHEESE PIZZA!!! I call the store miss alliah want to hang up the phone on me 4 times.I want to speak to a manager but she said his name is Jordan.

I recently ordered a pizza online for take out at the SE 145th location. My online order indicated it would be ready about 10mins before my ETA. When I arrived and went in I could see a couple of customers who were standing around waiting for their orders and initially didn't see anyone working. Then a lady popped out from behind the oven where she was taking out a finished pizza for another customer. She greeted me with a "Hi! Thank you for coming in, I'll be with you in a moment." I responded with a "No problem, I already ordered online." She asked my name and then said my pizza was still in the oven cooking. I expressed some frustration as i had kids sleeping i. The car and it was supposed to have already been ready so she said she'd be willing to bring it out to me when it was done if I preferred. I learned her name is STEPHANIE VIRGIN and I just want to thank her for helpin me by bringing my pizza out to me when it was done. I didn't ever see any other worker that day and I'm so grateful she went out of her way so I could make sure my kids were safe . Thank you so much Stephanie!
Kid-friendliness: Team member went out of her way so I could be in my vehicle with my sleeping kids to be sure they were safe.
