That papa Murphy's on72nd Sandy/Fremont across from Safeway anyway, I traveled from 127TH and Division because I had a bad experience with the one just around the corner. But when I walked in I was greeted with a smile and when it was time to go we were in there laughing. That's my go to spot now.I forgot his name but I'm sure your the Manager thanks we needed that last night. Happy Holidays.

So, I called in a order, I spoke to a gentleman name George. I clearly told him Id like to place a phone order. He then asked me what I'd like. I told him I wanted a family size half and half. One half pepperoni, and the other a cowboy with no mushrooms.I told him my name, phone number, and he said it would be done in 25 minutes.I sent my care giver to grab and pay for it.George proceeded to hit on my care giver, compliment her, and attempt to flirt. She paid for the pizza and returned to my home. She then baked the pizza for me. And then I went to get some, and it looked really thin. Like almost no dough at all. I was confused...So I called the restaurant and asked them why they sold me a thin pizza. And George proceeded to tell me that is what I ordered. I assured him he was mistaken, and I promised that I didn't order a thin pizza. He said that he is the one who took the order, and that was that.He DID NOT offer any remedy, he didn't offer any apologies, or anything. I insisted that he was mistaken and I asked him if he was gonna offer me a replacement or SOMETHING, ANYTHING for the misunderstanding. And he said no. I was expecting at the very least an apology for the miscommunication, or maybe a discount at a later time. Or at the very most, a replacement pizza at a later date. But no, he kept telling me that he heard me say something thst I didn't.I then asked him if he was calling me a liar... And he said "those are your words, not mine".I then asked him if he agreed with those words, and he didn't say anything in response.I then got angry, and cursed at him. (which I shouldn't have done)And asked to speak to a manager. He then told me he was the manager. I then asked to speak to a upper management or xoulsni get a number to a regional manager/general manager. He refused. And told me to take a survey if I was mad about it.I then called another Papa Murphys and asked what their policies were regarding this sort of situation. And they told me that if I even accidentally burnt my pizza, I could bring it back and get a replacement. The manager George was rude, didn't offer any remedy for the miscommunication. Failed to communicate any sort of remedy for the situation whatsoever, other than being confrontational and insisting I was a liar (in so many words).I would like to formally apologize for cursing at George. I shouldn't have.Let's all hope thst George can work on his customer service skills. Listen better, and not flirt with the women that patron the store he works in.

Seriously bummed to see how this store’s new management runs his shifts. He talked down to his employees and was blasé to customers. Accusing me of coming to the wrong store after discovering that they had lost the ticket. The store’s counters were filthy and cheese strewn where customers orders were handed off. Disappointed.

Pizza was just fine, as per usual. Neither amazing nor terrible. It does the job when you're craving pizza.

If I could give y'all a million stars, I totally would! Y'all rocked!! I came in 1 time and there was only 2 people working. There was a store full of customers, not to mention a ton of phone calls, (the pizza and the customer service is just that good!) I waited patiently, understating stuff happens.. I work in customer service as well! People can be ruthless! Anyway back to my amazing review! This place rocks and if anybody ever has a problem with this location.. y'all must be silly lol.. I will recommend this place to everyone, including my co-workers! Keep up the amazing job!! Y'all are the real MVP ? much love Ashley ?

Papa Murphy's was the first job I ever had at the age of sixteen. The young men at this location were great pizza artists. Thanks guys!

Yeah, it’s a typical Papa Murphy’s. We ordered the meatball marinara and a large taco pizza. They were both good.

I like this place, the only complaint I have is they don't spread out the ingredients (especially the sauce) out to the edge! There's always a big edge of dry dough, who wants that?
