First off, this place has always been consistent in quality and a service.These guys got royaly screwed tonight. They were 30 orders deep when we walked in to pick up. The Multnomah PM store has been down for six days. They were super nice and apologetic for the situation. We went to Albertsons to shop as they were behind and we didn't want to make them feel uncomfortable sitting on the bench waiting since they were so overwhelmed. Also, we don't want to stare at people trying to do their jobs, when behind, because that's weird.We came back after nd our pizza was ready. They never complained and were friendly from the start. I'm not sure who these employees were as I should gotten names but didn't want to interrupt the flow).TL:DR: On (01/20/2024) the three employees at this shop showed up and performed their duties masterfully. All deserve a raise and hazard pay. The customers were entitled jerks that we saw and one almost hit me in the parking lot.Thank you Raleigh Hills Papa Murphys location. We appreciate what you did for us and are a masterclass of professionals.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free dough which is nice.

Had the worst experience here the other day. Walked in to place an order and was told by the manager they were not taking walk-ins and I had to place an online order and that I must leave the building immediately. Then I walked out and placed my order online and walked back in. He yelled at me and told me he had already told me to leave and not come back. I told the manager I had placed an online order. Much to my chagrin, I accidentally placed the order to another Papa Murphys on the same street yet several miles away... I left after telling the manager I was never coming back and I am letting all my friends know to never purchase from this place again.

Ran in to grab a calzone was offered another item half off. Paid for the original item in cash and the other with a card, but was charged for the ENTIRE transaction on my card. Annoyed that this happened. Need my money back. Thanks.

Since I prefer NY style thin crust pizza and I want to eat my pizza when it's hot, right from the oven with cheese bubbling, take and bake works for me and is my preference when not dining out. The NY style pepperoni, on special for just $9.99, was good. Make sure to leave it out for one hour per the instructions so the dough has a chance to rise. Even so, this thin crust pizza is super thin so bake a few minutes less than they suggest so the bottom doesn't get too crispy and taste more like a crunchy piece of flatbread. Also, if you are like me and don't like the artificial taste of prechopped garlic from a jar, ask them to eliminate this step. They put a layer of this on the dough before they spread the sauce. It's a big no for me as it ruins the taste And I prefer to add my own real garlic at home. The containers of various sauce and ingredients looked quite messy so I tried not look at them! I'm a neat freak, even more so when it comes to food prep. All in all, pizza was ok, not great, but served its purpose of having a no prep meal fast and cheap.

I've never had an issue with this store. And tonight it went above and beyond!I am moving and was packing and didn't realize what time it was when I Called an order 10 min before closing. Not only did they make it, but gave me the discount from the coupon I forgot. Some other nearby Papa Murphy's locations have lost my order or have had My online order taken by people just walking in and pretending it was theirs. Not to mention they quit taking orders 30 minutes before closing! Although I'm moving, it's not too far for me to travel the extra distance to this store for my pizza!
