The birria quesadillas here are life-changing. Just had a breakfast burrito and the chipotle mayo really brings it all together. A+ in every way. This place is killer. Feels like a coastal escape but in downtown!

I got the birria nachos - very delicious, though I had an allergic reaction to something in the dish (likely from the rojas/red sauce or seasonings used for the meat). The place is small but there’s outside seating available with a self serve sauce and water station. For sensory sensitive folx, wear headphones and plan to grab takeout vs dining in.
Updated review for order Jun 9: Actually stopped it to the restaurant to place an order to-go as I have the Passport Unlimited card and wanted to utilize the discount. However, the employees did not know what I was talking about. They said they applied my discount, but they didn't! It is very hot inside and there is no AC. The person who took my order didn't actually place my order and it was also not placed correctly. Thankfully the person who was handing out the orders was paying attention and made sure to clarify what food I actually wanted before having the kitchen rush my order. There was plenty of seating inside an outside but it is not a bearable temperature to be there when it is hot. The food was overall very delicious. If you are heat adverse like me - maybe try delivery as that has been a slam dunk!
Previous review: Ordered takeout Fresca bowl no rice add steak with a side of chips and salsa. The meat was delicious and the sauce is to die for. Wish I had more of it. The freshest chips ever and the salsa has great flavor. Ordered on Uber Eats.

If you go around noon or in the afternoon, the place is usually almost empty—which makes it surprising that the food still takes a while to come out. I’d rate the burritos a 3 out of 5. The margaritas are pre-made, and since there’s no actual bartender, don’t expect much in that department. The food overall feels overrated; the chips were oily and lacked freshness.
The location is great, and the interior looks nice, but they really need to improve their customer service. One thing that stood out was how dusty the place is—it feels like it's constantly in need of a good cleaning.
Overall, it has potential, but there's a lot of room for improvement.

What a great restaurant to try on the very last night we were in Portland. We found it by Local knowledge. And it was very authentic. Excellent margaritas you ordered yourself up at the counter and sat outside by the road, which was fun!

Painful experience, had to listen to blasting hip hop, had a soggy burrito that wasn’t very good, seating is horrible and they frankly don’t give a darn if your food is any good. Do not go here! It will or be closed before you do! 🤣
