The food was just ok but lacking options for good sides. No fries at a burger pop up? Cocktails overpriced but what else is new in Portland. The hamburguesa at their parent restaurant next door is simply amazing, so not sure why they didn’t get this right. As usual, it’s a do everything yourself restaurant too but they’ll still expect your 20% tip.

The dishes are unique and excellently made. I would come back for the elote alone!

Absolutely top notch establishment. From the atmosphere to the food to the drinks, I appreciate the exceptional thoughtfulness, attention to detail, creativity, and above all: the hospitality! At times I feel like they know me better than I know myself. I plan on spending as much time here as I possibly can this summer. My favorite cocktail is the Patrona, it’s so refreshing, chuggable, and goes with everything. All of the hamburguesas are great so you can’t really go wrong but my favorite has to be the Camarones. I’ve never had anything quite like it before. I always order the fresh fruit as a little starter, which is honeydew served alongside avocado with a mint and lime garnish. I could eat that all day. The palitos are also an amazing light and crunchy snack. After your meal, you need to order the cups gelato with or without (definitely with) the pour of either rum or amaro. Overall you had yourself a nice little evening on a misty, mini tropical, dappled sun drenched paradise patio.

Loved it! Got the palitos and the joy burger. I would’ve never thought to put all those ingredients on a burger together but it ended up as a delicious Hawaiian type vibe. 10/10

A group of friend and I got together and went on a Saturday night. It was not busy and we were seated quickly. Once you’re ready to order you walk up and place your order at the counter. We got a variety of the hamburgers, elotes (corn on the cob), and drinks. Overall the place had a nice vibe and the drinks were reasonably priced. But the food was subpar and overpriced for what it is. I was disappointed in not beating able to customize or swap ingredients over from one burger to another. I wanted to try the Oaxacan cheese on the Royal burger but that wasn’t possible due to the food already being prepped. And on top of that that burger was very small and the added ingredients overpowered the taste of the burger. The full size condiments on the mini burger didn’t compliment each other. Our elotes came out cold and that was a let down as well. Overall it was an okay experience, but I would not return.

The food was Dull, if you are willing to pay in order to season your own food then by all means. The drinks are ok but the food itself is completely over priced for the amount and flavor that it brings to your table. I would never come back here. The avocado needs more lime and salt. The tuna tostada has no flavor due to the out powering of the dry onions.. the ceviche itself is very poorly seasoned. If you want excellent quality food please do yourself a favor and go to la villa Mexican grill or Chinos taqueria.. you will not regret it and you will def. Spend less for more..

Oh my god, how ugly my god.The only rich thing about this place is the music and the chips. If you like to go to a real place go to the villa or tropicale pdx. ??

Paradise lives up to its name! Super cool outdoor venue, with top notch drinks (highly recommend the Payday), tropical decor, and great service. Sister bar to Güero which speaks for itself. This place will be a party this summer. Cheers!

New concept from the Guero team, great outdoor space, only tried the pulpo pambazos (which were yummy) but sat by the kitchen and everything I saw come out of the kitchen looked really enticing. Will be back for the tuna tostada and the ceviche!

This place is amazing. Five star food, drinks, and service. Since it’s brand new, not many people know about it yet but once the masses find out you will probably have to wait in line. Come soon!
