Pardon My Cheesesteak

Ordered three cheese steaks and doubled up. So ultimately 6 cheese steaks as we did here they were small. With delivery charge, automatic tip and all it was almost $80.00. We received half our order and they told us they would review in the next 24 hours for a refund. I would never order from this place again. It was a first time and a last. Sad if your business’s whole plan is basically delivery only and you cannot even get that right.

Worse business ever. Ordered food, they cancelled my order and never reimbursed me. I have made several attempts to rectify this and they are not responding.

We order from them through door dash and when the food got here 1 of the things was completely the wrong item, another was missing ranch and the side of chipotle mayo. Our door dasher went back up there and we called and had them remake it but they wouldn't give it to the dasher. So my husband had to go up there and get it. We paid to not have to leave and for our dasher to be denied our food is unacceptable.

Absolutely disgusting, steak was over cooked and super dry, put 2 pieces of fake cheese on top. I was missing the sauce to dip the donuts in. The fries were old and cold and my sandwich was cold and open. Never will order from here again 🤮 the food is un seasoned as well, bland asf. Threw it in the trash

Horrible my order was dry and un eatable. Never will I order from them again! 👎🏽

By far the worst Philly ever. It tasted like hamburger on a hot dog bun. I will never go back.

Tried to order online, and even though I'm sitting in the parking lot 30 ft away it says I can't order for pickup. SMH. However now that I'm reading the reviews, maybe I'll skip it.

Totally wrong items. Ordered Philly fries and got a sandwich and the sandwich I did order was wrong. Won’t order here ever again. Plus it came from ihop?

An absolute zero, and judging by the few other reviews they could care less. Ordered two cheeseteaks this evening, both came without a single drop of cheese. How you forget the cheese on a cheese steak god only knows. They also didn't bother to include sides of ranch we paid extra for.

This place is the worst, I ordered the loaded cheesesteak fries, and two sandwiches, and neither had any cheese at all. Just dry meat on top of fries, and dry cheese and bread. I've seen other people post similar stories, I think it's a joke or something. Haha.. Not funny for a cheese addict alright? $45 for two sandwiches and "loaded fries" should come with cheese.. Lol

So I order a chicken cheesesteak and this is what I got a dry hogie bun and grilled chicken not one drop of cheese on the sandwich anywhere to be found!!! And this is a cheesesteak place really how the hell do you forget the most important ingredient.. wow probably won't be trying this place again ...

We ordered 2 cheese steak sandwiches for delivery and both were not correct. The order was for 1 reg cheese steak and one chipotle cheese steak. Both with onions and peppers. (It says below that we ordered 2 buffalo chicken sandwiches, that's incorrect?)No sauces, no, onions or peppers.The meat was overcooked and dry.The food wasn't very warm when it arrived and the cheese had congealed some. It had the texture of rubber...not a bad taste but very chewy. After the 4th bite, we we're both done with it.I'm it sure what happened with our meal tonight? I see the other reviews were good, must have been an off night.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Ordered some sandwiches, and one came with absolutely no cheese on it, and both fries were cold and hard. Neither sandwich had much sauce... VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! DON'T ORDER FROM

I've had better cheesesteaks from Jersey Mikes.This is no Philly Bilmos but it was OK. I asked if i could have wiz and american cheese. Of course was the answer, so i paid more. However the person assembling the sandwich did half American half Wiz. Pretty annoying but whatever that person may have been new and/or confused.Ive only been here once and i like to give an establishment another try if my first experience isn't great.
