Great atmosphere. Busy but comfortable with mix of people doing meetings, socializing and even meeting up with other parents and their small children.

Coffee and service was top notch. Brilliant morning use of beautiful space.

Great coffee, great people

So happy to have this is Hillsdale! Finally an awesome local coffee shop! Having a wonderful local coffee shop that we can walk to changed our neighborhood. Delicious coffee and tasty pastries. Housemade/locally made syrups. The Avena latte is **chefs kiss** delicious. The Calabrian chili/scallion cream cheese on everything bagel is perfection. Every matcha I’ve tried is perfect. Wonderful chai—2 options that are both so uniquely flavorful. Friendly and welcoming owners, Joe and Vicente. And all the staff are so kind. 10/10. We have a 1.5 year old and we love hanging out on the back patio. We have met so many great neighbors while visiting PDX coffee club.

I have visited coffee places all over the world and this easily ranks as my favourite cafe of all time. Joe & the staff are incredibly friendly; the menu is diverse and creative, and the location is clean and inviting - perfect spot to bring all your friends and family to.

Great whole bean selection (many light roast naturals, which is my jam). Wonderful espresso. The guys are total coffee nerds and super friendly.

Exceptional flavors and exceptional service

Had their specialty latte (forget the name, but it’s the one with the horchata vibe), and it was EXPERTLY prepared and presented. Honestly, so damn good. My wife wasn’t as big of a fan of her flat white (too “stump-towny” of a flavor for her, as we tend to think of much of the Portland area coffee), so perhaps your mileage will vary, but… we will def. be coming back- one of the best shops I’ve found in the area thus far, and def. the best hot espresso specialty drink I’ve had here. AWESOME WORK!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Joe is a fantastic barista and conveyor of coffee knowledge & enthusiasm!! He and his super warm staff will help you find that perfect coffee (or tea) that suits your needs & wants!! The pastries they have are also fabulous and decadent...watch out for a taste explosion!! Lots of space to enjoy your coffee if you want to hang out, both inside and out. Here's to Joe and all the crew that make getting a great coffee even better!! <3

Thrilled they opened this new location, inside the Please Louise pizza restaurant. Hands down, Joe and his team are the most passionate, personable coffee aficionados in Portland and have elevated the entire experience of going out for coffee. Coffee is superb and a cut above the rest. Great variety of local roasters coffee by the bag to buy. Red Hen Bagels are next level.

Hands-down the best coffee shop in Portland! Joe and Vicente are incredibly knowledgeable whilst also being warm, attentive, and all around wonderful people. If you haven’t already tried it, the Avena Latte will change your life!
