would leave 0 stars if i could. heard a lot of good things about this brand ended up ordering some cookies for some family for Christmas since we weren't able to make it to see them and the cookies never got delivered then contacted PDX for a refund or a re-shipment of the items we purchased and they said they were a small business and it could not absorb the cost and that the Postal Service was gonna have to refund us And USPS has still not contacted us so if you're thinking of choosing PDX I would look in a different direction

One of the best dessert shops in all of Portland! Came here with my kiddos for sundaes after dinner; the employee dressed as Cookie Monster was super helpful, patient and just as sweet as the cookies they serve :) she made the BEST cookie sundaes we’ve ever had with warm cookies! The self serve topping stations were stocked and clean too. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great service, crazy delicious desserts and a chill ambiance. Everything is fairly priced as well! One of the family’s new fave dessert places for sure 🎉
No nutritional facts, or a solid list of what goes in these cookies. So, that’s odd right off the bat. The “cookies” are dry globs of dry dough with a ton of sugar graduales that make for a terrible crunch. Also weird body builder pictures on the walls. Save your money for a better cookie at Safeway.

Their cookies are delicious!! Probably the biggest cookie over ever eaten. The seasonal Santa’s Surprise, Cozy Cocoa, and Oreotella were all big hits!! Will definitely be back as well as going to send some to family to share the love.

This company not only has the most delicious cookies you’ve ever tried, but their team is absolutely wonderful and truly care about their customers. I was blown away by the incredible kindness they showed when my batch of cookies were ruined during delivery. AMAZING flavors btw and the custom batches are so fun to create! ☺️
