I’m a huge lover of cookies and dessert. I was very excited to try PDX Cookies during my time in Portland. Sadly, the gluten free chocolate chip cookie was not very impressive. Very sweet, with almost an undercooked feel (yet it was fully baked). Quite doughy. Also, the environment felt cluttered and there were very few chairs or tables to sit at, due to things being strewn about a bit. cutest place ever they gave out two different kinds of cookie samples and their cookies were perfect nice and soft crispy on the outside big and fluffy but what really hooked me was a cookie dough it was kind of sweet, but that’s the point so I loved it. They surprisingly weren’t very busy and I’m not sure why because this place is excellent, but I’m so excited to go back.

Conflicted over these cookies. Not my definition of fresh baked. The chocolate chip one is good if you like the taste of cookie dough, which I do. I'm just not overly impressed and there are better options. I bought two and didn't finish either. i won't be rushing back but I also wouldn't turn it down. 🤷🏻
