The burger was so delicious and there were so many fries, I couldn't tell if I came for the fries or the burger. It's great to go with your dog, but it would be nice if they sell burger patties for dogs.

Very dirty atmosphere tables, windows and bathroom etc.. parking sucks especially when someone blocks you in. Not anxious to returning.

Dog food. I wouldn’t actually even feed my dog this food. It was smelly, noisy, and gross inside as well. Food came and the burger was overcooked and drenched in the aïoli spread and was inedible. I have two bites and threw the rest away. Fries were bland and sub-par as well. Oh, also, this dog food cost me $22. Don’t fall for the trap, just go to McDonald’s instead

Food was great, menu was a little confusing to order from and didn’t really like the drinks out of the can with no ice.

By far the best burger in Portland. My spouse loves this place and we often eat here when we are in this part of town. Also they have good kids meals and the atmosphere is unlike any other burger joint
Kid-friendliness: Very good chicken and burger options. Kids also get a sucker

Super cute spot. Was super crowded at the entrance but we grabbed a menu and found a spot in line. Things moved quickly and staff were very nice. Got their special a Fried chicken & elote street corn & hot Cheetos dust slider.

The food is amazing. Something for everyone. We got sliders on salads which is delicious. My son loved the special and we all loved the truffle fries. Good selection of beer and drinks too
Parking: Give your self time to find a parking spot on the street

I hate bashing restaurants but I hope someone in the higher ups sees this because the FOH clearly didn’t care.
Went in around 9:30 an hour and half before closing and it seemed like an employee who was off shift was drinking at the front counter and being obnoxious. I would’ve moved somewhere else but all the other sections’ chairs were put up. Once I saw the service fee a while ago I only tip 10%. I didn’t get asked if I wanted anything to drink so just finished the transaction but when I went to go get water it was already out for the night.
All in all, this was just tonight but- this place used to be my absolute favorite and I tell everyone to go here because it’s the best burger in town. I almost feel like I’ve been lying to everyone because my last two experiences here were not good food wise. Last time I came in the cheese wasn’t even melted. This time the buns were stale. I’m so bummed that my favorite spot is going down so quickly. I’ll still come because I love it and will always hope that it’ll get better again but never recommending again.
As far as the atmosphere tonight, there was Christmas music playing over the speakers-not my fav and doesn’t really fit the vibe of this place but whatever. The thing that was hard about enjoying my experience was the kitchens music was louder than the Christmas music in the dining room and it was clashing and really unpleasant.

Best burgers in town
The 10% "service fee" is obnoxious, and disingenuous. Just include it in the price.
Food is great and the staff are wonderful people, so I have nothing against them. I wanna go back, but I hate being lied to about the actual price. And yes, I view sales tax as lying to people who shop in those states, as well.

it was a riny day but that didnt stop service from being rummy
they have a board inside at the register telling you what the special of the day is. the special does not disappoint. wonderful service and for it being the first time visiting a tremendous experience
Wheelchair accessibility: Does not have wheelchair accessibilty, so you may end up having to call your order and eat outside, but the out door section does not cover from the elements
