Tiffani was awesome! She catered our wedding and she not only made sure to meet our needs but she very much did everything she could to ease our stress. She gave great advice to things beyond just the catering which was very helpful. The guests loved the food and service. A shout out to our bartender who made sure that not only the guests were happy but he personally checked in with my husband and I multiple times throughout our wedding to make sure we had everything we needed.

Catered the wedding reception at the Riverview Venue off SE Stark. They did an amazing job! Excel food… pleased everyone. Bartenders were slammed yet handled it well! Staff was plentiful, some very limited English. They were stickers on plate count so don’t think you can go for second helpings without your original plate. I loved that the kids had their own food buffet so it didn’t interfere with the adults buffet.

We paid extra for steak, expecting a premium experience, but many of the steaks were served very rare—too undercooked for most guests to enjoy. We were never asked how we wanted them cooked, and no doneness preference was discussed with us at any point. A lot of the food ended up going to waste, which was disappointing considering the cost.
We reached out afterward and appreciated their polite response, but they declined to offer any kind of refund, saying doneness isn’t covered—even though they never asked for our preference.
Grateful for their professionalism, but we expected better execution and more accountability on such an important day.

Rude and inconsiderate. Guy picked up a load of pastries from Safeway (they don't bake them?!) And left his cart and a bunch of trash in the parking spot where people pick up orders. He blocked the entire spot on a busy day. Why should I believe they'd give a darn about people in other areas of their business? Character is doing what's right, even if you know you can get away without a consequence. Cart Narcs, where are you when we need you?!

We worked with Tiffani, who just continually blew us away at every stage of planning with her warmth, expertise, and poise. She gave us excellent advice and was also very accommodating of our requests to substitute chicken thighs in place of chicken breasts and to subtract our non-drinking guests from the head count for the bar.
Partly out of cost considerations, we opted for the "Taking the Plunge" buffet menu and chose the Vegetable Wellington, Champagne Chicken, and Grilled Chinook Salmon as our mains. With it being a buffet, we expected there to be some compromise in quality, but were amazed that this wasn't the case. We loved everything we tasted, and all of the guests we've heard from have raved about how good it was.
Having done a fair amount of research on catering options, and been to a few other weddings in the Portland area, we were familiar with other caterers and their offerings. Pearl Catering provided *by far* the greatest value and the best service. We can't recommend them enough.
