The first and second visit I experienced a condescending associate who seemed annoyed by my questions about beverages after I stated it was my first time in. She repeatedly rolled her eyes. The barista who made my drink did not call out my name so it was cold by the time I had it. The taste was lacking.I couldn’t bare asking for a remake to witness the patronizing stares and tone.Manager seems so oblivious. Won’t be in again.

Staff here is very welcoming and consistent. Rarely have to wait long for a drink and they’re always great! Would definitely recommend this as a good coffee shop in the downtown area. Still hooked on maple lattes and cold brew at the moment.

My date and I went here recently to get some coffee since we were walking around downtown and neither of us really like Starbucks. I'd recommend stopping by here for some beverages if you're in the area. The place was clean, and the workers were very nice and patient. There's a nice little area to sit directly outside the restaurant while enjoying the drinks. My hot chocolate tasted good.

I've been to this spot twice, both recently. Street parking only, but not so bad. Second time I parked directly in front of it. Some stores near by so you can walk around a bit. Decent area, not all boarded up.Friendly staff but the drinks were a bit inconsistent... ordered matcha with extra scoops and low sweet. First time was really good and I think the barista was paying attention. But second visit, same order, basically just hot milk with little syrup... wife was not happy and almost wanted to go back and have them fix it. But due to COVID, we had our masks on and didn't drink it until after we walked around a bit. Oh well, dont mind trying again but would really make sure they get the order right before walking out...
