I've started to go here pretty often, and staff is always friendly and helpful & ready to go, even in the early morning.
Staff I see often will remember my name, and twice now I've accidentally gotten the wrong coupon on their ap for my drink (it's free to sign up, and as you spend, you earn points for coupons), but they helped me with it anyway. The ap isn't super confusing, it's just that my brain isn't online until 8 AM - if you're here more than once or twice, it's worth getting!
Their marionberry danish is delishish and I'd definitely recomend!

The vegan breakfast sandwich (truly plant-based sandwich) from here is great😊 Depending on the day/location they usually have at least one vegan bakery item too (vegan brownie was available here when I went). Several coffee/drink options that are vegan or can be modified. Would be nice to have more vegan food options eventually!

Better than Starbucks. Can get the iced coffees in various convenience stores in oregon (mocha/vanilla)

Peet's is a friendly neighborhood corner coffee shop similar to a typical Starbucks with a much better neighborhood feel. It's definitely a northeast Portland vibe, urban-residential surrounded by small businesses on a major street. One thing I noticed: no smell of burned coffee beans—a big plus in my book!
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a corner cut right outside the 45-degree corner door with plenty of sidewalk space for maneuvering. The door swings wide, but I didn't check the weight.
