Best fruit tart I've ever had. Will definitely be coming back to try other things because if the fruit tart was this great I can only imagine how good their other pastries are.
This is one of multiple locations in town. The food is exceptional, whether you intend to simply have a pastry and coffee or a full lunch. Indoor seating is plentiful, but it can still be a wait for an inside or outside seat if you arrive between 1130 and 1230 during the lunch rush-hour, or late morning on the weekends. It is not noisy indoors, and the seats on the 2 lane Division Street have tolerable street noise. It is popular, for a reason.
Delicious food, great service sat outside on beautiful day with my family
I was so pleased with the service at this location. The food was great, even the pastry case items which have been stale at other locations. They had teeeeeeeeny tiny croissant dog treats and of course I had to get them. My dogs were also pleased.
Wonderful french bistro.
Has outdoor seating
The food was to perfection! Loved every bite! I'll be visiting often

Traveled from Seattle to enjoy brunch here.
Completely turned off when we spoke with the hostess and gave us a weird attitude. For the owners, it was the girl with the fake lips and stuck up attitude. Why are you working front of house when you are rude and dismissive to customers?
Just wanted to understand the wait time and came away confused and insulted. First and last time I will ever go the division location don't want to ever interacted with someone like that

I have often been here for brunch over the years, and they never disappoint. Their menu is lovely and diverse, and the service is solid. I especially like their egg dishes, such as their Benedicts. The atmosphere is cozy, and I especially enjoy the location on division for meeting friends to have a nice brunch.
Delicious food and friendly staff. I found gluten free and dairy free options.
Dietary restrictions: Just let your server know and they will assist.
Wheelchair accessibility: Crowded- probably not the best.

Parking: Had to park 2+ blocks away. BLT was tasty, although I didn't care for the croissant; I'd have enjoyed it more on bread, like the Tuna melt. Staff are great.
